Thanks for your rapt response and I am sorry seems I am not getting it. I have already opened PayPal account as shown on the pics posted earlier. Does it mean I should just leave it till I go to the bank to continue it and request for card?

From your pix, I saw your PayPal account has been created already. All that is left is to link your card. You can either use your MasterCard in tge meantime, or get Africard from UBA (this is mainly to enable you withdraw your earnings).
With or without linking your card, you can proceed with jobs on q a World. Just enter your PayPal email address in the payment detail field and you're good to go.

Forget about you having a UBA verve or GT mastercard. Just go to my post on page 40 and read on how to get a UBA PREPAID CARD (AFRICARD) that's what we use. It's different from your normal bank account you opened. Just CAREFULLY read my post on PAGE 40, go to the bank tomorrow and open it then come back for help. Remember the emphasis i laid on "CAREFULLY" if not, you might be going back to the bank for another card.

This is it
With my experience so far, i guess it will help a lot folks that are yet to get their prepaid card..

1. Make sure that your billing address on paypal will be the same with the one you'll fill during the card application. If your PayPal address is not correct, you can edit it (i edited mine)
2. Request for the card from the customer service before he starts filling the details online. Once the card is with you, check the back of the envelope and see if what is written is INTERNATIONAL HIGH. if not, don't allow the personnel to continue with the process online.(i had same issue. I didn't check the back of the envelope and the guy ended up giving me LOCAL HIGH. So please ensure you collect the card envelope and check before he proceeds )
3. If the account (INTERNATIONAL HIGH) is successful, ensure you deposit at least #2000.

4. Once step 1-3 is correctly followed, you can now proceed with both the linking and confirmation.
I'm just curious if one could withdraw the in USD with the dollar version of the Africard, anyone tried it yet or is it just the blah

You may want to uninstall the app, program or update on your device. Clear all cookies and history on your browser. Also check that you have a decent internet connection. If you've checked all these and you're still stuck, let's see the screenshot. It may be something that someone here can help you with ASAP. Thanks so much. Please I want to use the master card which is gt but in the PayPal platform where do I click to link the account. Also, I saw 2 routing numbers, which one do I use. Please look the picture I uploaded, I hope there's nothing against the use of my voters card instead of ID and omitted digits.I am still reading through FAQ and comments. I will start maybe on Monday not in a hurry. I just want to complete the PayPal account since it will be requested.

Brotherly... Stop making it hard for yourself. Just go and collect an INTERNATIONAL HIGH AFRICARD. forget about bank. Africard is enough.

I understand your reason though but no worries if no one is willing to help. I'll get it myself even if it'll take a whole year rather than violate a privacy rule.
Thank you.
