FloraEC: I checked out how to make yoghurt. The grammar there pass me but I will try and break it down a bit. U can go to shoprite and look for non fat milk. Pour into pot and put on low heat. Stir continuously for like 5 minutes( I'm not too sure of this as the one I watched used microwave) Put inside a container, and allow to cool a bit. If u dip ur finger inside, it should be lukewarm. Add like 2 spoonful of old yoghurt ( to activate fermentation fast)u have and whisk. Then cover with ceramic and put inside ur microwave for about 10 hrs( overnight is excellent). In the morning, u will have your yoghurt. Sieve out the water that will accumulate at the bottom. I think that thing used to sieve pap can do or anything u have Keep for like 45 minutes and put back inside container. Turn and ur non fat Greek yoghurt is ready There is actually no job here. I will try it one day 1 Like 2 Shares |

cococandy:There is nothing bad in drinking to get tipsy every once in a while, especially when you take the kind of liquor I see you display.not like you are an addict or something. I also love the fact that you don't keep 9ja friends over there.spares you all the pettiness. Who bought what, did what, wore what, drives what, built what, done what, been where,etc... Indeed coco, you are really a questionable woman and I like. Come o,how far that your sister? 1 Like |

Logobenz2: Yea mild drinking is not bad. I should know And yes no time for amebo friends. Speaking of which, Look what I found. That store called that they have it and when I got there they wanted to sell it for $160 before tax. Ole people. Decided to buy online and to pay for shipping from wine.com and it was cheaper like $128 after tax. And it got here in two days. You really send me message sha. I’ll try it tomorrow and let you know what I think. I have to go to work tonight. Make them no sack me for arriving to work buzzed . Please let’s move to the amebo thread. #nomorederailing 8 Likes

sassysure: You're right about the okpa making one sleepy but it's a student life saver just like garri. Try having Okpa and garri for breakfast and you're okay until nightfall but nah sleep go tidy you. Pap is a learner where those two are. Thank you dear. 1 Like |

PhenomenalMorgan: You're right.. It's made from the okpa seed. You either buy and grind or buy the already grinded raw okpa. It's in powdered form. You can get it at local markets in the East, and maybe other places too. Then you mix with little water, red oil & ingredients and steam just like when making moi moi. 1 Like 1 Share |
