Not trying to confuse anyone but I applied for both KPMG GRADUATE TRAINEE and KPMG IARCS GRADUATE TRAINEE at different times, and I was later called for the IARCS Assessment. During my documentation, I was SPECIFICALLY TOLD IN RED LETTERS to select IARCS as my first choice. So that’s why I asked. I think different departments recruit sometimes and also, there’s a general recruitment as well.

So what will be the next step after the documentation process. Will the next step begin immediately or will we be called later for the next interview ?

The next step is Assessment Centre. You’d be called later after your documentation. I’ve been waiting for their call for almost 1 month now; I’m still waiting. People wait for months though. It depends on the department you’re applying to (what I’ve read so far). So this period requires patience.

The reason for the delay is because they have to fix a time that is convenient to their managers and they are trying so hard to make the process fast and smooth ...

So the time for the assessment center depend on the managers

Start reading from there till January/February 2019, you’ll get some tips of what came out I. Previous aptitude tests. Also get a GMAT book and use it in your preparation.

Essay depends on what they ask you, make sure you list out your points/arguments clearly and if it’s a question that starts with or ends with discuss, list out the positives, negative and then conclude with an emphasis on the positive.
