Some States in the US enjoy all round summer weather so yes travelling to the US for vacations will NEVER END no matter the scare tactics of travel warnings to the US.

The Nigeria Embassies in Foreign Countries do these Same Highlighted Statements.

The visa fee is a processing of visa fee that is non-refundable. Every country who does it already stated it that any visa fee you pay is non-refundable whether visa is approved or denied.

So are you saying that most Nigerians can't read when they pay to apply for these non-refundable US visas fees

I visited Disney and Universal studios in Orlando during my last US trip (Check my previous thread about the topic). I'm more concerned about the way they treat Nigerians (visa refusals and dropbox suspension, etc) - its actually borne out of hatred and jealousy and you are basically a representative of the fact. Your country is a high risk destination for now - get that into your subconscious. I'm avoiding your gun battlefield for now. Bye

Lol! All embassies do that. Nigerian embassy in Atlanta are the real thieves, charging fees yet disapproving and having their own business agency in front of the embassy, so you are denied at the embassy and pointed to go to their private business, on top of the visa fees you pay agency fees to their personal pockets, then approved.

But in all the world the embassy's fees, it's the legal payment not for approval but for to process it, working employees salaries to check your application, background check on you, security guards etc. Approved or denied doesn't matter, it costs money to look at your file and to have the website, so you can check on your application.

Fraud (419) in Nigeria, yes, you do have all kind of FRAUD, that's why any US visa for Nigerians is not easy to get, we don't want to have the same FRAUD here, or at least to check well and limit the people coming from FRAUD countries.

You obviously sound like the one who is so pained about how the US chooses to implement its God-given rights to who they want being allowed to visit their countries...be it Nigerians or whatever.

Your claim that you were never denied US visa can only be entirely believed by you. The is a face-less forum and which anybody can say or claim anything.

Let the US be...it's not the only country that denies Nigerians visas or decides to change its policy on immigration about Nigerians....and it definitely will not be the last.

The Nigeria Embassies can also reciprocate to US citizens if they choose to...life goes on

Good day all,I've been following procedures on how to apply for visa here since last year.i finally applied and my interview is next month.I'm going for vacation for 2 weeks that will be sponsored by my mom in December. I'm a working class lady,age 23 and single and I've never been to any country cos I have no reason to but this time I need to travel and ease myself all stress from Lagos.Any advice on what to expect during the interview and documents to backup that I will be coming back after two weeks.
