Jesus Is Not God – Reno Omokri by 9jaStarMedia: 6:12pm On Aug 13, 2019 |
Reno Omokri in his contribution to Maraji’s post of Jesus being the only way to heaven, stated that Jesus is not God. Reno Omokri stated that Jesus is not God but only came to show us the way to God. He wrote; Let me shock you. Yeshua came to show us the Way to God because He, Yeshua, is the ONLY Way to God. He is the everlasting Melchizedek High Priest. The Mediator between God and man. But He is NOT the Almighty God. That is a European concept. Yeshua never claimed to be God. Many Christians read John 1:1 in The Bible (not the Scriptures) and use that to claim that Yeshua is God. I will urge you to get the original Greek Scriptures (see the attached picture) and even if you can’t read Greek, just study that verse. This is the verse in pure Greek (?ν ?ρχ? ?ν ? λ?γος, κα? ? λ?γος ?ν πρ?ς τ?ν θε?ν, κα? θε?ς ?ν ? λ?γος). Here is the verse in Latin, which may be easier for laymen (In principio erat Verbum, et Verbum erat apud Deum, et Deus erat Verbum). Notice the words DEUM and DEUS are used to describe the first and second mention of God. Although you may not be able to read the Greek, what John 1:1 says when translated without changing the words used for God is this “in the beginning was the Word and the Word was with Theon and the Word was Theos”. The original Scriptures did not use the same word for the first mention of God and the second mention. The word used in the first mention is THEON (which refers to the Almighty. The word in the second mention is THEOS which is what is used to refer to Yeshua. This is why Scripture says “my people perish for lack of knowledge”-Hosea 4:6. #YeshuaNotJesus Jesus is not God - Reno Omokri LABELS: Gossip https://www.9jastarmedia.com/2019/08/jesus-is-not-god-reno-omokri.html 1 Like |

Thank God. Jesus is not God But Servant of God. I urge Christians to read the Bible with better understanding. From Genesis To Revelation there is no word like Bible and Christianity. Please I want to know the name of the original Religion been practice by the followers of Jesus (Isah Alaihis Salam). The words Bible and Christianity were invented much later. Prophet Isah (Jesus AS) never called His Religion Christianity or His Book Bible. Reno's position isn't any different from the position of Islamic Faith. We're therefore calling on him and his cohorts to convert to Islam because that's the only to heaven. Islam is the only true religion on Earth Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow. 5 Likes |

I will urge you to get the original Greek Scriptures (see the attached picture) and even if you can’t read Greek, just study that verse. This is the verse in pure Greek (?ν ?ρχ? ?ν ? λ?γος, κα? ? λ?γος ?ν πρ?ς τ?ν θε?ν, κα? θε?ς ?ν ? λ?γος). Unfortunately, with all his education, indoctrination won't allow people like Reno to free themselves from Jesus. Otherwise, the above quote by himself is enough to tell him that Christianity is a scam. This Jeshua you want me to believe was supposedly a Jew and spoke Hebrew and Aramaic; how come it was foreigners from Greece and Italy that wrote his history in another language? The fact that the earliest writings are in Greek and Latin should tell any educated person that Jesus is a European invention. Otherwise, how come its European languages that wrote Jesus history and not Hebrew and Aramaic spoken in his place of birth? How come? And this's why they craftily wrote it down in the bible that ''gentiles'' shall become the chosen people. When will Africans wake up??! 14 Likes 1 Share |

9jaStarMedia: this man is ignorant of the bible. this is the result of denying that the bible is the complete word of God. theos and theon does not distingusish Almighty God and God but rather it serves as grammatical function. Here is an excerpt of why theos and theon was used. First of all, the same Greek word is used in both occurrences of the word "God" in John 1:1. This same word is used in many contexts, whether it refers to the Only True God or whether it is referring to a false god - such as a man-made god (1 Cor. 8:5) or Satan as the ‘god of this age’ (2 Cor. 4:4). The apparent differences in spelling between the word ‘God’ in the phrase ‘and the Word was God’ (‘theos’) and in other places, (even in the previous phrase, ‘and the Word was with God’ (‘theon’)) is due to inflection in the Greek language. Each Greek noun normally has 8 or 9 forms (cases & number) in which it can appear. (See my page on ‘Inflection’ and ‘Cases’ on the Web site). In the first instance in John 1:1 it is the object of preposition and thus is in the accusative case. In the phrase in question, it is in the nominative case (indicating the subjector predicate nominative - equal to the subject). But it is the same word for ‘God’, and in both phrases here indicates the One and Only True God. So the apparent difference is spelling is not because ‘theos’ is a different word than ‘theon’, but is a different form of the identical word. He caims Jesus is not Almighty God but it is clearly stated that he [Jesus] created All things it takes an All mighty God to create All things third by saying Jesus is God but not the Almighty God he just open a whole new level of contradiction for himself and that is how many Gods exist? 4 Likes 1 Share |

hupernikao: If you check history you'll discover that Greek and Latin were once a language of enslavement to the so called Jews. Greeco-Roman invaders once colonized them even up till the time of the so called Messiah. But in their wisdom, they (Jews) rejected the new religion given to them in a foreign language by foreigners because they knew its an invention. You and I are still slaves, that's why we write in the language given us by foreigners. That's also why you still believe in a God given you by foreigners. But the Jews were so smart that they rejected EVERYTHING- language, education, religion, given to them by foreigners. Again, the fact that the bible was written by foreigners in Greek and Latin, instead of the native language of the so called Messiah, should tell you that its an invention. Sumerian civilization (where the Messiah supposedly born) had been writing in Hebrew and Aramaic when there was no Greece or Rome. How come they didn't write a book about the ''greatest man'' from their place? 10 Likes |

Not a man up in the sky... Not a Jewish man.. To say Jesus is God, means you have made God an Idol, which is forbidden by the 2nd commandment of God.. But it's not a word either. And "apotheosis" hardly ends in theon. The Greek word for "god" is theos θεός; theon θεόν is the accusative singular, used for direct object. Wiktionary gives the following etymology for "pantheon": from Ancient Greek Πάνθειον (Pantheion, “a temple of all gods”), neuter of πάνθειος (pantheios, “of or common to all gods”), from πᾶν (pān, “all, everything”), neuter of πᾶς (pās, “all, the whole”) + θεῖος (theios, “of or for the gods”), from θεός (theos, “god”). |

EXPLANATION OF JOHN 1:1 (Theon and Theos) Kindly read carefully. Ἐν ἀρχῇ ἦν ὁ λόγος καὶ ὁ λόγος ἦν πρὸς τὸν θεόν καὶ θεὸς ἦν ὁ λόγος (NLT) En archē ēn ho Logos kai ho Logos ēn pros ton Theon kai Theos ēn ho Logos (KJV) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. (KJV) THEON The word Theon occurred in the New Testament Scriptures 148 times. It simply means A deity, especially the supreme Divinity. Observe the following text usage of Theon Matthew 4:7 King James Version (KJV) 7 Jesus said unto him, It is written again, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God (Theon) Matthew 5:8 King James Version (KJV) 8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God (Theon) John 1:18 King James Version (KJV) 18 No man hath seen God (Theon) at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him. John 14:1 King James Version (KJV) 14 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God (Theon), believe also in me. Acts 16:25 King James Version (KJV) 25 And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God (Theon): and the prisoners heard them. Hebrews 6:18 King James Version (KJV) 18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God (Theon) to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us: The word Theon is a Noun - Accusative Masculine Singular. THEOS The word Theos occurred in the New Testament Scriptures 311 times. It is also simply translated as A deity, especially the supreme Divinity same as Theon. Observe the following text usage of Theos Matthew 1:23 King James Version (KJV) 23 Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God (Theos) with us. Matthew 22:32 King James Version (KJV) 32 I am the God (Theos) of Abraham, and the God (Theos) of Isaac, and the God (Theos) of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living. Mark 2:7 King James Version (KJV) 7 Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God (Theos) only? John 3:16 King James Version (KJV) 16 For God (Theos) so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Ephesians 4:6 King James Version (KJV) 6 One God (Theos) and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. Observe that in the verses above God (almighty) was rendered as Theos and not Theon. It is also good to know that in the 311 times usage, Theos was referred to God almighty over 250 times without speaking about Jesus. For example in John 3:16 16 For God (Theos) so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. God here is the Father, Almighty, yet Theos was used. That means the Greek did not used Theon as a reserved name for God almighty but used Theos likewise. As seen above, Theos (311 times) was used as twice as Theon (148 times) to refer to God in the scriptures. The word Theos is a Noun - Nominative Masculine Singular Now to John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God (Theon), and the Word was God (Theos). (KJV) From above explanation it should be clear to you that Theos and Theon means God and not a variant of God. So, the question will be why was Theon and Theos used here. Let us do a little of word construction study. NOMINATIVE AND ACCUSATIVE WORD CASE Nominative: for the subject of a sentence: who or what is doing this? Accusative: for the direct object of a sentence: who or what is being The Nominative case is the case that contains the subject of a sentence. For beginners, it is normally in the beginning of a sentence. The Accusative case is the case that contains the direct object of a sentence. You probably won't see much of this except in the accusative pronouns. The accusative is what is receiving the action of the nominative. In English Language: The nominative case is the case used for a noun or pronoun which is the subject of a verb. For example: Mark eats cakes. (The noun Mark is the subject of the verb eats). The accusative case of a noun is the grammatical case used to mark the direct object of a transitive verb. For example, "they" in English is nominative; "them" is accusative. The sentence "They like them" shows the nominative case and accusative case working in conjunction using the same base word. Note that English mostly have this in pronouns: I, me, They, Them, he, him, she, her etc. In Greek Language There are five CASES in Greek, the nominative, genitive, dative, accusative, and vocative. In English, readers rely on the order in which words appear in a sentence to indicate the grammatical function of each word. In Ancient Greek, their case tells the reader the grammatical function of each word in the sentence. For example in Greek texts, Noun can be taken as Nominative or Accusative. Note also, In Ancient Greek, all nouns are classified according to grammatical gender (masculine, feminine, or neuter) and are used in a number (singular, dual, or plural). So that means we can have Noun - Accusative Masculine Singular and Noun - Nominative Masculine Singular. EXAMPLES OF WORDS χώρᾶ (Country) Nominative Singular χώρᾱ (chōra) country Accusative Singular χώρᾱν (chōran) country Luke 2:8 And there were in the same country (chora) shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. Luke 8:26 And they arrived at the country (choran) of the Gadarenes, which is over against Galilee. In Romans 4:11 the word righteousness was used twice. In English you may not understand suchme but in Greek construction is key. Romans 4:11 King James Version (KJV) 11 And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also: - a seal of the righteousness (dikaiosynēs) is Noun genitive feminine singular - that righteousness might. Righteousness (dikaiosynēn) here is Accusative feminine singular Hence, he used Righteousness which is the same word same meaning and explanation but grammar construction means you much use the word in its right case to make sense. Now, Back to our study. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God (Theon), and the Word was God (Theos). (KJV) Theon is Noun - Accusative Masculine Singular. Theos is Noun - Nominative Masculine Singular The original Greek construction of the last part of the verse is "and God (Theos) was the Word." That makes it nominative. The phrase “and the word was God (Theon)” the usage of God here is accusative to the word “The Word”. Hence the reason Theon was used. It would have made no sense using Theon as Theos together in the same sentences as such as one is accusative now and the other is nominative noun. It is like using they and they together, e.g They like They instead of they like them or themselves. As pointed out earlier do a word study on the usage of theos, you will see it was never used as something lesser than Theon. It is just sentence construction issue. Theon is not the only derivatives of Theos, there are others that were used in the scriptures. I will give you some here: Θεέ (Thee) Noun Vocative Masculine Singular Usage: Matthew 27:46 King James Version (KJV) 46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God (Thee), my God (Thee), why hast thou forsaken me? θεοῦ (Theou) Noun Genitive masculine Singular Usage: Matthew 22:30 King James Version (KJV) 30 For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God (Theou) in heaven. Θεῷ (Theō) Dative Masculine Singular Matthew 6:24 King James Version (KJV) 24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God (Theo) and mammon. Observe that they all referred to God, I mean God almighty not a lesser god. The variation in spelling is due to the word construction and case used. If Theon is not Theos, you wouldn’t have seen Theos used for God other places in the scriptures such as: - Matthew 22:32 (God of Abraham, God of Isaac and God of Jacob) all God there is Theos. - Ephesians 4:6 (One God (Theos) and Father of all…. - John 3:16 (For God (Theos) so loved the world….. Hence John 1:1 usage of Theon and Theos is not a change of personalities. It is not referring to two personalities but one. The usage of two different word construction is due to the Greek sentence construction in using Nominative (Noun) in subject, in this case Theos (God (Theos) was the word) and Accusative Noun as receiver. In this case Theon (The Word was God (Theon)). Hence God was the word, the word was God. 8 Likes 2 Shares |

hupernikao: Yes, the foreign writers of the bible were Greeks and Romans. Of course, I mean the new testament part of the bible. I must make this clear because you need understand that according to ''the Jews who the Messiah were promised'' the new testament is not even recognized as part of their holy book. And since the messiah was not promised to you but to the Jews, I think they should be the ones to tell you what's their holy book. Yet you have a phone, live in a brick painted house, wear designers shoes, shirt and T shirts? use data sef! will you have know what is internet access data is your language? You went to same foreign school! Nothing was invented in Europe, or rather, Europeans were not doing better than any other part of the world before the 14th century, except that they pioneered the art of war and were able to make better weapons. The oldest brick house in the world is in Ethiopia here in Africa not in Europe. T-shirt could not have been invented by someone coming from the cold ice. Common sense should tell you that T-shirt must have been invented by someone who lived in a hot climate. Africans have been in the business of education before Europe. There are still two surviving universities in Africa that are older than anyone in Europe. As a matter of fact, the oldest university in the world is in Morocco here in Africa not in Europe. See Guinness world records https://www.guinnessworldrecords.com/world-records/oldest-university It wasn't until the 1600's that Europeans (due to sitting on the wealth of other nations during slavery and colonialism) caught up with the rest of the world and built upon what others had already done. Today, it appears they invented everything but that's not true. You now enjoy their technology, language, education, because we as a collective have refused to release ourselves from the mental captivity they placed us, and therefore, are unable to build ours. Alas, bro, it's either you haven't read the bible history well or you are just not honest about it. Almost all modern term in medicine, law, science etc have a root in Greek and Latin words. These you embraced yet you condemn the writer of a book for writing in Greek? Again, Greek and Latin were language of enslavement not just in Summer (modern day Palestine) but also throughout Europe. Once upon a time, almost entire Europe spoke Greek and Latin as slaves. However, after Europe got their freedom from Greece and Rome, they dropped Greek and Latin as their language. Example; In 1348, Britain specifically banned the use of Greek and Latin in school and in 1362 banned it completely. The words you see in science in Greek and Latin are leftovers in the English language that Britain imposed on you. So, it wasn't because our African ancestors didn't have words to explain nature, but education was also imposed on you just like religion. The reason we still appreciate them is because we as a collective remain slaves, otherwise, we'll do what Britain did. The writers of the bible (new testament) were foreigners- Greek and Rome (Vatican) Italy. Of course, they wrote it in their language. The Jews have nothing to do with the new testament. 4 Likes 1 Share |

If your own study showed you that it is the Greek and Roman that wrote those scriptures then it is good for you. But avoid this in public space as it exposed you. Lastly, maybe you will need to let those who believed in the scriptures talk here as this issue is based on correctness of scriptural verse and not who write and doesnt write. The Jesus character is an invention of the Romans. A made up character from within Abrahamic religious text. The reason that one can confidently arrive at the conclusion that all Abrahamic religions are fake, false and counterintuitive. The Jesus chatacter is ficticious, takes after older religious icons and concepts from all acrross the globe; especially Buddha, Ela, Krishna and Horus. 1 Like |

The original character that transposed into the Jesus one was infact a leader of a Palestinian rebel faction that the Romans struggled to put away. There was never a people called Jews during the reign of the Roman Empire. The only Jews present in living history are mainly resident in the State of Israel. As in, the authors of the Christian bible claimed in their text a ficticious group of people they called Israelites are the Jews; that is fake news. Europeans adherents of the Judaism religion are known as Jews; fact. All the writtings of the Abrahamic religious text predate the inventions of the manufacturing of the religions they claim to represent. That is to say, the authoring of the bible predates the manufacturing of Christianity, Christianity predates the authoring of the Torah and Quran, and the Torah and the Quran predates the manufacturing of either Islam or Judaism. Its all a massive charade. |

hupernikao: There isnt one character or storyline present in all of Abrahamic religious text that can claim to being original. Name one character or storyline contained inside their text and let me prove to you that they lack originality. Jesus is a ficticious character invented by the Romans. What is the topic of the thread? Jesus is not God. Precisely, how can a fictitious character be anything other than a fictitious character. The concept of God is real. Jesus is fake. 1 Like |
