1. There is nothing such as a "pure negro". The term is erroneous. What you can say is that is more accurate would be that Most Brazilians who identify as "black" are of majority African descent while Africans in general such as a Nigerian are of 100% African descent. You cannot use the word "pure" because it denotes something needing to be absent from your makeup that constitutes an imperfection or a non necessity.

2. There are individuals who present phenotypically or "physically" that are contemporary with A typical Nigerian look and still may have up to 30% European DNA but that does just means that a physically interpretation or condition of a person does not necessarily designate their "race' but alludes to the fact that they may carry a majority of a particular physical appearance common to a particular "race"
