Im kind of lost. Im fresh out of NYSC, can I send the hr a résumé for a graduate trainee role (and please help me with the hr email address) or will there be a recruitment exercise like they do at PwC and KPMG?

I'm just like you man. Also fresh out NYSC. So I wouldn't be in d best position to answer the last part of your question. But to the best of my knowledge, deloitte recruitment is somewhat slow and cannot be compared to the like of PWC. It looks like they review resume year around. unlike PWC that has a specific period for recruitment exercise, deloitte I think has no specific period for recruitment.

Another clause there is you can't apply if you have taken the test before, .... I know KPMG by that, not sure of Delloite... This is looking different. Correct me if I am wrong though.

On deloitte application page under the requirements to apply it was stated that one should not apply if you have taken the aptitude test before.
