Being rendered speechless & unable to comprehend something because of its shock value. It depends on the context, really.

"I'm unable to can" = in disbelief basically.

It's not Nigerian lol. It's been used in South Africa for years. Your own definition may be different though, IDK.

I don't know any South African personally but the ones I see on social media like their language very well.

I never said the bolded. I said it's a term that has been used for the longest time in these parts, so it cannot be Nigerian as you claim. Source unknown is more like it. There're many popular terms or words that many people use (particularly slangs), whose origins are shrouded in mystery.
