Guy, it doesn't work that way, no one is judging his past, his past is connected to his presence.. If he wasn't caught for what he did in the past, some of us would have said old things have passed away, but in his case, new things are a reflection of his old things...

Just recently. President Trump gave some soldiers a presidential pardon for committing war crime against humanity. Killing innocent children, women and even harmless men that are lying on the floor bleeding already. This things happen and they protect there own citizens interest against a foreigner's interest.

We are talking about crime here bro, someone committed murder and went free in his own country and you are comparing murder case to fraudulent case.. Please, the issue we are talking about is how some countries protect there own citizens when they commit crimes, especially when the crime is done to someone from another country that is not their own citizen., it doesn't have to be fraud or robbery. A crime is a crime and murder case is a more serious case than a fraudulent case.
