Just listen to one to five timestamps to note the different speakers. Once you note the two people speaking, listen to their conversation. From their conversation you can decipher who is the rep and the customer. And for the 1 and 2 ratings, don't worry, we all started out like that. You'll get the hang of it. I just started last week Thursday and I am on constant 4 and 5 ratings now.

Yeah. I experienced that once or twice. Now, I check my time steady. If I'm proofreading and I see the time is almost up, I just submit the call. Can't come and suffer for another person to enjoy.
Though, I've picked some calls that had previously been worked on and I only had to do minor corrections and submit...
I've also picked a call I was working on, and time expired on me. I simply rush to the queue, refresh, pick that same call.and continue from where I stopped...

Just did a 2min call from Ijendu Uba. Though, be had foreign accent, the 5 rating was instant.
Not celebrating yet though. I've learnt not to celebrate my ratings till late Sunday. So as to avoid unnecessary heartbreak.

when you are up for the test again, just keep reloading the page until you get "test file 6". you can check page 1 or 2,? for the verbatim transcript and just paste it there.

BTW, I thought this guys have the correct transcriptions to those calls nd they only crosscheck before they give points..but laslas na idea them dey use d call I did yesternight ehn..anything I can't hear I just fill in the gap to rhyme with their discussion and while I couldn't drop was I had exhausted my release..so I managed to avoid inverted speakers and submitted. It was a an 8 min call but to my surprise I saw a 5 rating.
