You can be sure you ovulated by going for a scan to check for ovulation, or for a cheaper way, you use a basal thermometer to check your early morning temperature, starting from CD1 to the next CD1. When you notice a dip and then a consistent rise in your temperature, the dip is the ovulation and the next temperature readings are days post ovulation (dpo)

@ gloriousheart and mamatwiny am just hearing and knowing this from you.
what test can actually detect if I have ovulated that month. Thanks Mama's.

Sorry about your loss mamatwiny.
To add to your explanation, the two types of cysts, functional (where it ruptures and releases an egg) e.g. corpus luteum cyst which supports an early pregnancy with progesterone and non-functional (where it doesn't release an egg) and may cause problems if it doesn't dissolve.
It is all in the past now. I conceived the next cycle after the miscarriage and my baby will be 1yr this Saturday.
I learnt all I know in TTC thread and i don't fail to chip in one or two info if I feel it will help.

I don't know much abt iui, icsi and ivf but I know life hospital nnewi has about the cheapest procedure in the south east/south south.

Wishing all the best. Please keep us informed on the process . Plan cycling with them next month. Goodning all my sweet mummies, I am travelling from Lagos to Abuja for IVF with Grabbo, they are currently running a promo at 600k, I have spoken to the doctor, their icsi attracts extra 150k, they also freeze left over embryos for 200k for one year. Am interested in them cos of the freezing. I am open to any tips and advise, this is my first IVF, I never knew I will have to go through ivf, but God is great and faithful, His ways are past understanding and I rejoice in every circumstance and situations he permits. Am 41 and have been trying for 8years this journey is an emotional one, I need your prayers and support. Thank you all.
Madam, I sent you a mail

The clinic will tell you what is required, however what is you and your DH's condition making you to require ivf ...ie low sperm etc etc?

harvesting only 4 eggs is low, are you above 40yrs??, what ivf protocol did they use?, what are the grades of the embryos transferred, i suppose it was day 3 transfer?. y did they transfer only 2?. the 1 they left behind...was it frozen?, do u intend to do a FET?, If yes to FET, BE ON A diet of avocado pear daily for at least 1month,

i would suggest you calm down, prepare your body for 3 to 6months...b4 trying again.
first detox your system, then be on ubiquinol and forever royal jelly, and omega 3 for minimum of 3months b4 u try again
