Hello Oma, I applied on the 5th of this month and on the 9th I got an interview date for the first week of October. I ticked the scholarship option because I had applied for the Goethe Goes Global Scholarship. Yet to hear from Goethe University concerning the scholarship application but I believe I HAVE it. I hope this inspires you. Also, hope you applied under Category A, if you are going for a Masters program? Omalily1: 1 Like |

MopeL:Use a courier. If you go to drop it by yourself, it might be difficult - except you have an AM. if you have an AM, you print it and attach it to the documents required by the embassy. But since you don't, use a courier. |

Had my interview today ,15th of August I don't really know how best to put the interview or I should say an interaction was not expecting it to be this cool at all. Truly, I laid everything in God's hand, but you see that fear wey go grip you when you enter that hall dey wait for light ehn , omo no be for here. But my inner man was praying heavily not to have the woman in room 3 as my V.O , e no easy, but as soon as room 4 light came up, I feel relieved a bit. Jeez, that guy in room 4 izza banga dude asked me the normal questions that has been flying around here; Course I'm going for Why the course Tell me about Germany Why not Nigeria, UK, USA or any other English speaking country And finally, tell me about the city you're going to. I was like wow. I don't have a wrist watch on me, so I could not say the exact minutes I spent with him, but I'm sure it will be in the range of 10-15 minutes max When you have this guy as your V.O just be happy cos if you intend not to laugh, he will make you. My observationon on Mr Paul, I don't see anything wrong with this man in respect to what I have been readying here. Dude like every of his stuffs to be in order and those who listen to INSTRUCTUON. I really thank you guys for the timely updates, especially on visa transcript. You guys are really saving lives out there! Regards to Benjamin139 and the fair lady from Imo State, so sorry I've forgotten your moniker in here, it was all due to the tension jere. Won' t mind a pm from you, honestly, and I look forward to that. A.M on us all, AMEN. 19 Likes 2 Shares |

You don't need a mail to submit especially if you can do it yourself. I submitted mine without a mail earlier this week. Just enclose your visa receipt, the SL and 2 photocopies and copy of your data passport page probably for identification in an envelope with your name, reference no, passport no, interview date on the envelope and address to the visa section of the German consulate, 15, Walter Carrington Crescent, Victoria Island, Lagos MopeL: 3 Likes |

Hello folks, Glad to be here after leaving for Bayern last year. I believe some people here are headed for FHWS to study either Mechatronics, Business & Engineering or Logistics. Some of my colleagues have posted reviews about Schweinfurt based on their experiences. Your decision should be borne out of your goals. What do you want to achieve? Na hustle carry you come abi you wan strike two birds with one stone? Answering this question would determine your story in Schweinfurt. If you wan hustle to settle debts, and you still wan do wella for school, na suffer o. E go be you like say Schweinfurt no get job. Because when you have the time to work jobs go dey scarce. Na when school dey go on jobs dey wella. You no fit rugged engineering here o. If you no siddon jack alaye na 5.0 o. I can give some helpful tips based on my understanding of the city and the country in general. 1. If you no send School say na hustle carry you come abeg go for Masters. No run another bachelor abeg. (I no talk say Masters easy o) 2. Abeg check yourself again. Know wetin you fit do and wetin be your goal. Engineering here in FHWS na serious matter o. E don humble men here o. See where alaye dey gather for tutorial to survive. 3. Start your house search earlier. SWG, Studentenwerk etc. 4. I posted earlier, abeg if you dey drive carry your international drivers license come. Na soft work you go dey do here. 5. For we wey dey try to strike balance between hustle and school we dey keep open mind to travel to nearby cities to work if Schweinfurt don full. Yes, we dey vex because top companies full here. We no suppose dey struggle to get jobs. The truth be say most of this companies no dey give short term contract. Na 6 months be the least. Believe me we are still doing fine irrespective of the situation. 7. Lastly, to get good internships no dey difficult for our programmes here. Get am for mind say when you come here you go dey improve on your skill set like Deutsch, programming, project management, SAP, etc. Your degree alone go still give you spots but the goal is to be in demand. You no go like make "dem dey rush" You? Later tins jare 34 Likes 5 Shares |

Copy the one you want to search about 2. Paste to Google and add "DAAD" at the end. The search will bring the DAAD page of the program for you. 3. Click on the DAAD Link and open each section about the course. Read up what is in each section. About the course, fees, modules, mode of Application, Application period and requirements. 4. Take a step further, copy out the course coordinator email at the bottom of the page and send an email if you have any further inquiry about the course. Especially of you're not sure if the course you studied for BSc can fit in. Attach your transcript and course module description (if available) to the mail. Don't come to nairaland to ask until you've sent this mail and received a response. 5. Some of them might not have Application period on DAAD Portal. Take a step forward by opening the course website. You'll find the link at the bottom of the DAAD page. You can get further detailed information from there. 6. As you are getting all these information, please get a jotter and pen them down. The faintest pen is sharper than the sharpest brain. 7. When Applications starts, ensure you follow all instructions given. In case of any doubt, mail the course coordinator. They are very welcoming and they'll reply you. Winter is already here. Summer is gearing up. If you need any advice, assistance (I no mean say I fit fund BA for you oh ), I'm a PM away. Just mail me. I'll respond with the speed of light I wish you all well. PS: If you want to reply this post, PLEASE Cut out 98% of the content of my own post so that we don't elongate the thread too much. 30 Likes 3 Shares |

freakky: some few pages back, someone gave the not so pleasant experiences with using form A. it is by far simpler and cheaper according to him to just buy euros from an aboki, verify the notes at the bank ,and effect a transfer after the euros are certified OK. banks that will allow you to transfer the money at once in bulk include access bank, stanbic & zenith. let's learn from other peoples experiences. 1 Like 1 Share |
