It may not be that strange when you give it a try. If anyone ever told me that I’d eat peanuts in any other form than the regular way, I wouldn’t believe it.
But I tried peanut chicken at a Chinese restaurant one time and it became my favored thing to eat. DH knows never to go there without buying my peanut chicken with coconut chicken. Seriously delicious.

Also hoisin sauce for stir fry noodles and vegetables (tastes way better than soy or teriyaki) is made with peanut.
Not to mention peanut soup with bitter leaf.
