But I tried peanut chicken at a Chinese restaurant one time and it became my favored thing to eat. DH knows never to go there without buying my peanut chicken with coconut chicken. Seriously delicious.

I ate boiled peanuts in one type of sauce from a Chinese restaurant. I like to try new things. I loved it so much. It was surprisingly good. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the sauce. Been trying to get it again.

Concoction rice with smoked fish and crayfish is always on point.
This should not be mistaken for palm oil rice ...turmeric ( my new best friend) gave it the hue
