idea04:MODIFIED: Sorry I didn't see your gcms note at first (had to read your previous posts to get it). You were denied based on funds(though home-tie and personal asset was slightly put in as well). Answer the following questions for me: 1. How much is your tuition fee? Because you only talked about what your sponsor had in his account. 2. Did your sponsor state the actual amount he will be committing towards your education? If he did.... 3. Did he transfer the said amount into your personal account or pay your full tuition fee before you applied? It is very important he does that because he is a third party sponsor and as such much show commitment by either paying your full tuition and transfer the living expenses into your account or transfer both into your account. 4. Did you submit your personal bank account statement? |

Martinomi:If it is not a serious health challenge I don't think it will be necessary. The Dr that will attend to you will ask if you have any medical history before they run their checkup/tests on you |

ECA and IELTS ready. What is the link to create EE profile? Because the place I am right now is saying I am not eligible even with band 8 score. Makes sense to put myself in the pool while chasing student visa. Thanks |

Property Docs are better off included with other documents under "Optional Docs" column ; Sponsorship Affidavit - "Financial Requirement " column along with the Bank Statements. Phatkings: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by raymege: 9:37am On Aug 17, 2019 |
One major advantage of Paper route over the online route is this issue of a 4mb documents limit for online applications. If you have heavy documents and you are having issues with compression and there is really no documents you think you should leave out to create space, I guess Paper route is a good option. Once you submit via paper, you link online. |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by raymege: 9:53am On Aug 17, 2019 |
Another way to fix the Heavy statement of account issue is asking your bank to send you a soft copy of your statement of account. Just upload what the bank sends you. The soft copy sent from the bank is always smaller in MB size than when you scan a Hardcopy with a scanner. Note: most ecopies of statements sent by Banks sent via email are often times "locked", so ensure you get it "unlocked " |

Good morning all. I need your candid advice on my statement of account. Can i submit a statement of account that is currently serving bank loan for my study permit application?. This account is equally my salary account. Note: I equally submitted my 6 months payslip among document submitted. Thanks for your feedback. |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by raymege: 10:44am On Aug 17, 2019 |
In my opinion consider the following : Is the monthly loan liquidation amount substantial? What's the purpose of the loan? It could be a mortgage loan, in which case it even becomes a plus for you. How was the debit on the statement narrated? They wouldn't know if you took out a loan except you tell them, the debit could be anything except your bank narrates it clearly as "Loan liquidation" then you may need to explain . If it's a substantial monthly then you could explain it off as a mortgage or whatever it is. If it isn't substantial then no need even raising it,except if the narration clearly says "loan liquidation". Jerido: |

How do you mean by this : Is the monthly loan liquidation amount substantial? My bank debited me on a monthly bases with a narrated statement; "Matured Loan Installment" raymege: |
