brijibs:The 30 minute call I picked earlier today was going smoothly until the customer started talking with his nose after like 5 minutes..I vex drop the call immediately. How come the allocated time for the call is 18hrs nd you said they have you 13hrs for 40mins call |

Ayo199: It depends on the company. If it's a 20min Sonron or Benn fostar call then it should not be up to 10hours alloted time. If it's a 20min FC UK or CHL call then then alloted time won't be less than 15hours. 1 Like 1 Share |
