This is what black excellence means.
This achievement is bigger than anything cowbellpedia has to offer.

Come on Ebube. We know you can do it for SFCSS, Idimu, Lagos.
naturalwaves:
THE YOUNG SHALL GROW

In the Junior category, Ebube Okafor of St. Francis Catholic Secondary School, Idimu Lagos and Salami Ayorinde of Princely Academy, Ogun state qualified for the semi finals.

Ebube Okafor's performance in the game show was exceptionally good. Subsequently, everyone should watch out for Ebube Okafor from St. Francis Catholic Secondary School as he is not here for jokes

An Igbo student won 4 medals in the international mathematics Olympiad featuring heavyweights like China and India.
His closest Nigerian colleagues won one at different times.

That is the highest achievement in the history of secondary school mathematics in your county.

Keep bragging and claim you are not bragging.

You guys keep Gloating about everything but you expect people to keep quiet

Chai ...no school from Ibadan

naturalwaves:
Last week, the ball was set rolling for the first episode of the season 5 of the Cowbellpedia game show.
The competition was previously analysed in this thread below in case you missed it:

https://www.nairaland.com/5339413/cowbellpedia-2019-return-jessey-uche-nwichi

Coincidentally, two familiar foes; Jeessey Uche-Nwichi and Oluwafemi Adeyanju were put in the same group of 6 in the first prelim. Jessey Uche-Nwichi had emerged as the Junior champion two years ago and Olufemi Adeyanju was the first runner up to him that same 2 years ago.

Every edition usually present 6 participants and only 2 can emerge to the next stage. Thus, the pressure is expected to be high on these young students.

The 6 contestants in the first prelim for the Senior category were;

1. Alabi Anita from Gloryland Secondary School, Edo
2. Falodun Ayokunle from The Federal University of Technology Staff School, Ondo
3. Irogbama Uyiosa from Graceland International College, Port-Harcourt
4. Ouwafemi Adeyanju from Jesuit Memorial College, Port-Harcourt
5.Shankyula Simeon from Mount Saint Gabriel Secondary School, Benue
6. Uche- Nwichi Jessey from Graceland International School, Port- Harcourt

After round 1 of the quiz show, the result below was obtained.

How come those schools where parents pay millions of naira in Lekki and VI are not here?

How can their owners justify the huge sums paid in tuition?

Congratulations to the kids!
to some extent, the tuition in lekki is about the prestige...not substance

There are. This is just the first prelim. There are about 9 Prelims. OYO state will be part of any of the remaining 8 prelims.

There are 2 representatives from. OYO. 1 in the Junior category and 1 in the Senior category.

Toluwanimi Adeeko of Rhema Chapel International College scored 96% in the qualifying exams, qualified as the state rep and will feature in the Junior category of the game show

Folayemi Oyekunle of Deeper Life High School, Ibadan campus scored 95% in the qualifying exams, qualified as the state rep and will feature in the Senior category of the game show

So, keep on watching. They will appear soon. Some states have several representatives but OYO state has just 2.

Cowbellpedia is on? So how come Nairalanders still litter the BBNaija threads? One will think their many shouts for an educative show will make them gather here as addicted viewers. The EPL is not strong enough to keep them away from those threads.
It is on!

A pity we may not hear a thing about these bright young minds in the next 20yrs. Nobody to nurture, train and ensure that their talents don't go to waste and is harnessed for the future development of our nation like its done in a "Normal" country.
How will they do it when the educational qualification of the President himself is shrouded in mystery. A country where hard work no longer pays but mediocrity and bootlicking is now the order of the day yet we expect to be developed someday. Well that someday is not coming anytime soon at least not with these present crop of airheaded criminal minded leaders we have today.
Others nurture and train talents to build their nations here we destroy ours simply because we have misfits that accidentally found themselves in power.

Oga, pls stop tagging me in your post.

However, if that gives you some sense of relevance, you may just continue but certainly, this is my last response to these virus you keep throwing into my mention.

I know as senseless as you are, you must just quote me back and expect me to continue in the senseless and endless quoting and counter quoting cycle moving to nowhere in particular.

The next thing I expect from you as usual is one picture that has no correlation with even the topic.

However, this will the last time I give you any attention.

Bye.

I understand that part of why those parents pay huge tuition is that their kids have vacation overseas, which is part of learning.

However, if those schools put up outstanding performances, Huncle, we live in information age, and there's no way we won't read it in the news.

This is the simple reality. Gv the south easterner and south westerner a level playing ground...okoro will always win.

We were the 1st in everything when the whitemen held sway and we are still paying for that till today

The other 2 regions ganged up against us because of oil found in our region...they would have been so happy for us to leave nigeria and stop competing with them if not for the oil in the east.

God will heal the Igbo race...one person at a time
whc oil exactly are u talking pls ?
