I'd advise you to read the FAQ thoroughly. Whenever you are on a call, open another tab for FAQ. Our problem is that we don't read.

don't put hyphen for numbers..except if its alphabets

How come the allocated time for the call is 18hrs nd you said they have you 13hrs for 40mins call

It depends on the company.

If it's a 20min Sonron or Benn fostar call then it should not be up to 10hours alloted time.

If it's a 20min FC UK or CHL call then then alloted time won't be less than 15hours.

Network shouldn't affect your call. a times I even switch off my data to continue later..except if you're using puffin browser

The 22min call I picked this afternoon too was allocated 6hrs.
