The team had multiple chances to make it 2-0 in the first half, because Wolves were seemingly tiring out mentally based on how we bossed them on their own pitch, but as earlier said, we didn't take the chances well.

It was Adama Traore's sub that changed the cause of the game in the second half, because it was very clear from the beginning that Wolves planned to pressure Luke Shaw's flank, as they definitely could not do it to Wan Bissaka, but whoever that played there before Adama did not do what their coach wanted.

Daniel James plays like a prime Valencia, but he needs some serious improvements in decision-making, football is not just about being a speedster.
Luke Shaw is the weakest link in the defence.
The club needs a No10, maybe Gomes. Lingard is not Manchester United quality.
Rashford and Martial can form a very deadly partnership if they're consistent.

Pogba actually played well, but it was all marred when he missed that penalty.

Shaw was poor in the second half again, need competition certainly and no not Young.
before the goal Martial was poor and after he scored his level improved.
James' lack of experience showed but he'd get there. he should be an impact sub for now.
Lingard was nonchalant in front of goal and that's it. he held up ball well and found pockets in midfield (can also be headless chicken moves) but a creative guy behind the front man could have opened the spaces more with intelligent passes. maybe Gomez can try in an easier home fixture next week.

Not much of a surprise that we drew cos Wolves are giant killers at home.
It is good that we played better than last season but it seems chance creation will be an issue again this season.
Ole has to start giving Gomes and Greenwood more minutes because i don’t think the senior players starting in their place are any better.

Shaw is the weak point in the defence now that we have upgraded at CB and RB.
I believe AWB needs to polish his attacking game cos like i always suspected he seems limited going forward for now. Defensively though he appears to be a beast.

It was a mistake starting a player like James against a team like Wolves that sits back and parks the bus. I believe Ole gave them too much respect and opted for a player who tracks back rather than Greenwood.

Pogba is our best player but that doesn’t mean he should be our penalty taker cos i don’t think he is really that good at it. However anyone can miss a penalty and i don’t think he should be criticized for it.

Nice Analysis. You did see the Match, cos you ain't reacting like negative chemicals. Gomez will definitely be tried out in the hole, but you can't gamble with it for now, especially away at Wolves.

Also, we need a Striker on bench, the main Reason Greenwood is sitting on the Bench for now. We can't afford to lose any of Rashford, Martial and Greenwood at anytime now to injury. Thus it's unlikely to start the trio at a Time.

Greenwood will start some Games as soon as possible, same as Gomez and Chong. But as for Garner, except Matic or Fred is offloaded before the Window closed, he's far to the first Team at the moment.
