I just registered this morning and all the jobs on the queue are 1.5mins to 2.1mins estimated time. After opening them they end up like 3 seconds of gibberish.

Is there something wrong? Are we all seeing the same queue with 10 items?

The reason why u are seeing short calls is because u are new. It's not supposed to be gibberish though.

What u mean by gibberish, is it that there is no audio or the audio is poor or there was no conversation?

I want to give advice once more given what I read in the previous page about working at night.

Observe this rules when proofreading. (Day/Night)

1.) Read out loud: This will prevent mental predictions of words and mental mapping of where words ought to be. This is backed up by recent studies that has shown that reading from a screen tires the brain faster hence the constant skipping of words.

2.) Slow read: When you read fast, your brain will skip through mistakes and try to make sense of what is said on the page.

Remember they're looking for accurate transcripts that is clean and understandable when read.

3.) Never write and proofread at the same time. You'll waste your time and cause your brain to enter a "rabbit hole"---state where you start thinking about what's being said in the audio.

4.) When you're tired, rest. wink

Two or three words would be flagged as short exchange and that's an automatic 1.

You need a new email address. Repeat the same procedure you followed during your first registration. Make sure you bounce back and better.
