Honestly this thing happens to all.I have queued for gtb at 33, before, when i waited tire,i eventually bought joyfully at35(with no interim at site o),but here i am seeing gtb at 26,dangling 30k in front of me(interim div),and am still trying to consult Warren buffet if i should buy or not

Making money in stock is not about proven strategies, but by
1.controlling emotions/patience
2.tight money management/know when to rebalance portfolio

And Buffet is not picking his calls as am told he has been busy studying H1 report of Berkshire Hathaway! grin grin grin

Hi Veecovee, you have been told several times this is not the section to post your messages- you refused.
This is disobedience, and its worst than witchcraft. Do you call this evangelism? Are you aware a lot of folks here are already believers?
I leave your case to God, and your conscience.

I believe the recovery in ETI will be shortlived. It will settle at N4 before it picks up.

Those using ASI to gauge entry into the market should remember that MTN has distorted the index.

Most bellwether stocks gained today but the index lost. Even Dangcem's weighting has been seriously diluted.

In essence, discount movement in ASI, focus on individual stocks

since we cant determine button price of any stock but there are some stock junction one can not be patient further after considering so many factors.

I understand you though, but don't compare landed properties with stocks.

Many sold their houses for stocks those days before the last market crash.

And meanwhile, they are still seeing their house stand and making money slow steady for another man,
while they are now HYPERTENSION patience.

Also those who hold stocks like Zenith bank, GTB, Dangote sugar, AFRIPRUDENT, UBCAP, UBA, FCMB, FIDELITY and many other good stocks continue to receive their dividend.

They sold their houses to buy overpriced private placements and public offers.

As we have overpriced stocks, so we also have overpriced real estate.

Ideal PE for real estate should be between 15 and 20.

A property that will give a rental income of 500k, should be worth between N7.5 million and N10 million
