Also those who hold stocks like Zenith bank, GTB, Dangote sugar, AFRIPRUDENT, UBCAP, UBA, FCMB, FIDELITY and many other good stocks continue to receive their dividend.

No doubt, some stocks are wonderful.

But diversification is the ultimate

They sold their houses to buy overpriced private placements and public offers.

As we have overpriced stocks, so we also have overpriced real estate.

Ideal PE for real estate should be between 15 and 20.

A property that will give a rental income of 500k, should be worth between N7.5 million and N10 million

Are you being economical with the truth?
In an average area in Ibadan it's at least 15M

My brother, the best investment so far remains landed properties.

What of those in some part of country that witnesses crisis? Some area that plot of land was sold for 5m few years ago, but now due to crises the owners are looking for buyer at 1m, without anyone showing interest, in all sectors of life, as some are gaining, some will also be losing, whether in stock or in the landed property. Those who sold their landed property to buy stock do so with sole aim to gain more, but instead loses, while some will do that and gain.

Life is all about risk.

Diversification is the best, because every business involved risk. Stocks is good for working class and business men, likewise landed property is as well good.

Diversification in stocks is also perfect.

You should buy shares with the major aim of receiving rents in form of regular dividends.
