OfoIgbo: IPOB should stay clear from touching leaders from other region. No body should come form and Nzeogwu for us again. They should rather concentrate on Igbo leaders until they get sense. 4 Likes 3 Shares |

Can IPOB assault somebody like Tinubu in Germany? They can, because all Nigerian leaders should be fair game for angry Nigerian. But they should not, for tribal reasons. It all boils down to the fact that Nigeria is not a country, but a forceful aggregation of different nationalities. |

tunjiajayi: Igbos fought and withdrew tactically on two occasions, as you can see. Yoruba never fought and likely will never do so. Sowore was still talking until he was arrested - he never protested for one minute, let alone face the Nigerian military like Ojukwu and Kanu did for years and years. Sowore will likely die in jail like Abiola, seeing as no single Yoruba leader is asking for his release. Y'all are busy doing owambe, while your house burns. That is the reason I support IPOB assaulting only Igbo leaders. We want you to fight for once in y'all's lives. 2 Likes |

FSU:, Catch your breath, calm down! " tactically' Ojukwu and NNAMDI things. Anyways, there's a saying choose your enemies wisely, also translates to choose your opponent wisely, this should be common sense. Your assault on public officers is against the law or even any other citizen and no citizen alike. Yorubas are fighting but not the same battle as Igbos. You are fighting Nigeria, we are fighting for a better Nigeria. 5 Likes 2 Shares |

Attacking the present most influential Yoruba Politician by other tribe is a declaration of War on Yoruba people Tinubu is not in any federal or government office Only Yoruba people have the right to deal with Tinubu 4 Likes |

Ojiofor: I understand the need to concentrate on just fake Igbo leaders. But remember that Buhari and Buratai have been banned from travelling out of Nigeria, and I know that both of them are not Igbos. I think it would have made sense to extend this same ban to Tinubu, whose selfish interest has now caused the meltdown happening today in Nigeria. We all know Tinubu is more responsible for the mess we have in Nigeria today, than Ekweremadu. Orji Kalu is more responsible for the mess we have in Nigeria today, than Ekweremadu. So while I appreciate your point that IPOB should concentrate on just Igbos, it would have made sense to add Tinubu to the ban list, at least for token purposes. The rest of the Yorubas betraying Yorubas can then be handled by the downtrodden, long-suffering Yorubas like Sowore's people. Make no mistakes about it. This is the only way we can help them achieve success in the revolution they are planning for a better Nigeria |

Tinubu is Yoruba's people problem, not ours. Even if extreme elements in IPOB beat him, the Yorubas will only rant on Twitter and Nairaland and nothing will happen. Fulani killed a daughter of a prominent leader, na only rant they did. |

PureFace1: Yorubas don't have what it takes to fight a war. And Tinubu is not that well loved by the Afenifere-led Yorubas, so I am not buying that argument that Tinubu controls all Yorubas. Yorubas won't even dare to declare war against Igbos, unless they are sure the NE, NW, NC and SS will support them. Now, we all know that most of these regions are more interested in keeping Fulani herdsmen off their territories than coming to avenge any humiliation that Tinubu may suffer in the hands of Igbos. You may have forgotten that a lot of these regions point at Tinubu for the deaths that these Fulani terrorists have visited on them, so don't think a lot of people out there will come defending Tinubu, but even if they did, 2019 is definitely not 1966. Igbos will prove more than equal to the task |

I like what OP said. I have been supporting ipob since this beating was done. It will get to the point each ethnic will deal with its own. Did you not see how Yorubas who stood behind Tinubu politically also stood up against him when he said rubbish about Mrs Olakunrin's death? Thats just online. Did you not witness how Ibadan rubbished Ajimobi after he tore down Ayefele's studio...and then penalized him with a electoral defeat? Have you not seen how in North, which traditionally is a de facto leadership, pockets of resistance are beginning to raise their heads? I support you, each ethnic must deql with its own. To those disagreeing with OP, reflect back to a Yoruba man that was beaten by Ibo in Okota for stealing ballot and how Yoruba ganged up to go to Okota for reprisal but for the grace Elders that intervened. So if beating a regular Yoruba would bring such tension imagine you do to Tinubu what you did to Ekweremadu. Yorubas will not mind whatever his atrocity is....Ibo will be a target everywhere in Yorubaland. Look guys, lets keep this heat thing on social media. Dont let it hit the street. Heed what OP said. 2 Likes 1 Share |
