Got contact from a CO today, asked for further proof of employment in particular income in the form of payslips, bank statements, tax certificates, award certificates or anything that will proof employment. The problem is that in the service year the 9,000 came from NYSCC and 14000 from the hospital management board but on my reference letter we called a bulk sum that includes both payments. The bank statements are from unity bank and bank phb. Will that be enough?

Your English score and age is bringing your score down. You need to go and do PTE and ace that very well.

Also, you can start assessing with Engineers Australia. That can take a while as you must write a tight and original CDR. It can be done. Just follow the MSA booklet and do not copy anyone.

You should be asking this question in student section.
Well, I want to believe that it is for application? Why not you tell them to put that together with your school fees?

It is hard for central bank to process $100.
During my time, I called them & explained things to them and they understood me well and did as I proposed.

That was 2015 though, things change.

You don't need to resubmit as long as you are still in the same occupation. Create EOI, add your skill date from when VETASSES approved till date.

The tier 1 and 2 is with respect to Nigeria. It is different for other countries.

Your best shot applying is to apply. You can write your CDR as either a petroleum engineer or chemical engineer. Go to Engineer Australia website for further information and also read the thread.

491 – Skilled Worker Regional Provisional visa

· Visa will be granted for initially 5 years

· Will need to earn for those 3 years a minimum income each year (not announced yet) (possibly 50-60k)
· Can move between regions and change occupations
· Cannot apply for any other skilled PR or 820 partner visa for 3 years
· Regional Australia is everywhere except Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Gold Coast

DHA have announced their application fees  ($4045 main applicant, $2025 spouse, $1010 children).

Please use your naira card. You can also use d dollar card. The money is too small for any stress. I paid for SA nomination with my dollar card

Yes, partner visa was not stated in the legislation. However, the legislation provides for additional conditions to be included when it takes effect.

The purpose of this new visa is to push people to the regional areas. Home Affairs know that a lot of people especially singles will want to circumvent the process by applying for partner visa to move to the City. I wouldn't be surprised if this condition is added to the visa when it kicks off.

As long as the marriage will not take you away from the regional area before 3 years, they are fine with it.

The 491 regional scheme is better as it offers the opportunity to move to any regional area across Australia without restriction.

After Calculating the months, I will be having complete eight years of working experiences in April 2020. Do I need to wait for the next eight month before claiming the point?

Maybe minimum above free tax threshold but not 50-60k a year
