...sentiments apart, certificate is not sure proof of one having attended school and seek education,
..in most instances one needs the testimonies of fellow colleagues to prove that.
....most persons attended school but left along the line.


The case against PMB was to make him provide his certificate by any means.
But based on the constitution and INEC laws, for such office, one has to prove that he has received formal education to a certain level.
