After my visa card has been linked with my SA PayPal it doesn't show withdraw to card button for my card.

If you have a Paypal account, you can simply buy the funds. Let me know if you need funds so i can guide you well, becos Paypal is very strict, there are rules you need to follow to ensure you get clean funds to avoid Paypal account limitation

You can't withdraw fund from a South Africa Paypal account to your Nigeria Visa Card. Best option is to sell the funds

There are various reasons for Paypal limitation. They include:

1. Using a different i.p different from the one that was used in opening the account.
2. Account that has been reported by someone in a case of fraud .
3. If fund enters the account that is more than the account limit, it can lead to Paypal limitation.
4. Accounts that are not fully verified are sometimes flagged by Paypal bot for limitation
5. Unauthorized access to an account by someone else can lead to limitation.

These are just the common reasons for Paypal limitation. There are others though.

Ad long as you have closed the previous account, u can use the email for a new account. But why not open a new email, just to be on the safer side

I have been trying to register paypal account for days now after filling the first page info i.e with names and add etc to then go to the next page becomes a very terrible experience that is it continues to read error on the top left corner of the page.

Immediately I sent you keep mute without responding to my message not until I begin to send message to you that you are a scam and I will track you.
You now responded that you did not receive my money, I immediately contact Access bank and I was told money was successful in your account, you kept mute again after some time you told me you are going to bank to check it took you almost 3 hours just to check account.
You came back saying money was not in your account, I have to go to bank my self to check and I was told same thing that money was successful.
I told you this and you are telling me to provide session I.D.
Money was successful and I sent you debit alert what else do you need, if you are not competent as an escrow why do you suggest you will act.
Pls if my money is not sent back to me within 24hour I will request a blockage on your account and my bank will retrieve my money from your bank.

If truel you did not see the fund kindly paste here your transaction for today.

Them don scary u boss. The guy that gave runny as escrow might be the same as ranny himself. U ought to have blocked his account long ago b4 even coming here . He already withdrawn the money and japa.
