Code9 recently advise everyone to check their Total website status. This infers he got a success mail from Total. The kind gentleman supported this with a snapshot.

You can help the forum better by being more open like Code9 and others. No harm saying, " I got a success mail", if you have one.

I think that will help this "anxious" group better.

I was actually prompted to change my password which I did, then after that I was a ble to see my status which was showing under review.
