imnotconfused: Hmmm, hard to say oo cos u have never been, but with all you have listed butlins is probably a lower/mini version of that. Bognor regis, do have zip lining, different rides (some are scary), archery, shooting, high ropes climbing, go karting, splash pool with different sizes, some 5d games and all those indoor activities as well. On some days they have organised soccer balls and also late night shows some of which I enjoyed except for Ed sheeran impersonator . I also believe their standard just improved the past couple of years because some colleagues told me it was not so nice when they were growing up. |

gratefulme40: Try and get another apartment if possible..coming to a Cold house that has bad insulation and refuse to heat up isn't a good thing in winter and you will spend a lot on heating. In a D house we used an average of £120pcm for Gas and electricity and we are just 3 intact 2 and half |

gratefulme40: The rating on this property is not that bad o depending on what heats up the property (gas, oil or electric). They get expensive in that's order from my tiny experience. If it's not well insulated or double glazed, that's where the problem comes from. The testings are carried out every 10 years (according to these house agents). So basically, property must have been improved or otherwise over the years. My little way of checking when I go viewing property is, I schedule in the morning (first appointment) when weather is still cold. The colder the better. If house is empty, I lock the windows and switch on the heating and observe how long it takes to heat up. Whilst checking out other things in the house ofcourse. If it's occupied and tenant is still there, I find a way to leave my number with them without the agent or landlord knowing. This way, you'll get every info you need on the property, good and bad. To be sincere, some won't ring you, but there's no harm in trying. 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Lolipopp:please how will one apply tier 2 CoS. How to get sponsor fast? |
Re: Living In The Uk/life As A UK Immigrant by fatima04: 11:23pm On Aug 20, 2019 |
Elderss: To me that question is not required for a Tier 2 sponsorship especially when its for like 3 yrs. You can ask your sponsor on what to fill. During our own application, the sponsor instructed us to use the office address for the whole duration of the sponsorship. I guess its just a formality. Whatever you do carry your sponsor along especially through email correspondence not just calls or whatsapp chats 3 Likes |

Abekebabe:Aunty Rubyventures abeg no vex. First you get a job then your employer will issue you a CoS. You pay the surcharge per applicant per multiplied by the number of years of the visa. Depending on your field, there are many places to apply for jobs including the popular job boards. 1 Like |

Good day my great people. Thanks for all your responses, opinions and feedbacks so far. Please, based on your experience, what are the pros and cons of renting either a furnished or an unfurnished apartment? Secondly, what is the minimum EPC rating to look out for when renting an apartment? Thanks in advance |
