I don't think there's a 2019 Batch C ooo. Batch C is typically an emergency Batch.
It was created to compensate when the number of serving corp members is below the number needed probably for a nation wide assignment and stuffs like that. 2018 Batch C was created because of the General Elections, prior to 2018 the last time Batch C existed was 2016 and 2013 respectively.

You can still serve if you're above 30. There are a lot of people who are way older and currently serving.

But the question is, "Is it worth it?". In my opinion, I don't think so.
