One of the ADRs that I received was a request for evidence showing that I had access to the funds in my spouse's account. My spouse wrote a letter stating that, and we got it notorized and it was accepted. Remicynt: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Pls someone should assist with this question. Can I claim points for work experience(self employed) even when d company has not been registered and no corporate account? Pls, your response will help in making decisions. I have other evidences to show d company has been in existence before it was registered. bukky18: |

bukky18:Hi, I advice you try to make research yourself. There have been some success stories shared by some self employed persons here. Recently, big bros Topsmamen shared some of them.I suggest you type "self employed Topsmamen" on the search bar above. 3 Likes |

bukky18:It is important the company is registered because one of the documents you'll have to submit is the CAC certificate. Also, a corporate account is highly necessary as you will have to show evidence of cash flow. However, since you have other forms of evidence to show the business has long existed, you could include them and ensure to write an explanation. 2 Likes |

Thanks a million for your response fruitybranch007! I sincerely appreciate! 1) Please you mentioned you wrote an LOE at the time of submission explaining your dependents' conditions. a) What did you title the LOE? b) What place holder did you place it? Additional documents place holder? 2) Please did you get to fill a Schedule A form at any point during the duration of your application and answer that medical question? 3) When we go for our medicals (at Q-life), do you advice I present his medical report upfront (we already have them) or just explain the history and wait to be asked for additional documents? Thanks again for your kind response! fruitybranch007: |

Congratulations to all the new pprs. Please urgent request: Is it necessary to include the imm008 generic form and additional family form in your envelope while submitting passports to vfs? (even when there has been no addition to your family) .There are conflicting responses here so I'm begging for responses from those who have submitted recently, as well as our seniors. Thank you all. Edit- just saw a link on page 1 by Joo2018.Thanks. Obviously, these forms do not need to be filled, if there has been no change in family composition. I hope I'm right? 2 Likes |

I think so (did mine since last year though, so can't remember all the details). But it is just an acknowledgement / declaration. Very innocent questions for you to agree to so they can proceed with your evaluation. kweenoma001: 1 Like |

A medical report is not one of the requirements to be presented at Q-life. However, IF a test taker is on any medication(s), you're advised to bring those along. Otherwise, let them conduct their routine tests. IF there's any flag, they'll let you know before the report is sent to IRCC, most likely before you leave their premises. So; do take the medical report along, but don't present it unless it's asked for, just to avoid unnecessary complications. I hope my response to this question helps. ebixxx: |

Yes, the company was Registered DEC 2018 but it has been in existence before then. That is why I am confused. As for the corporate account it will be opened soon. I have been using my personal account all this while. I just hope the explanation will suffice. Tnx a lot. Iwinosified: |

That is what I am afraid of (triggering unnecessary events that might get us stressed out). My son has NO other health needs. Hence my worry that because the VO may be unaware of the Medical condition (and wouldn't be seeing or examining my son to understand the situation), he/she might ascribe seriousness to it and make negative recommendations just based on my filling YES. Whereas I believe the panel physician would be more objective. fruitybranch007: |

Hi, Please how did you pay for your tickets? I'm having issues paying on Lufthansa airlines, because my bank says my card has a limit of a million per transaction, and the total cost of the tickets exceeds a million. I use sterling bank. Any suggestions? Thank you. |
