I agree with you. This is Xhaka's first game of the season and he is struggling with the speed of the game. Bring Lacazette and Torreira for Xhaka and switch to a 4-3-3 with Ceballos behind the 3.

.... Ceballos is taking too much time on the ball. He is actually playing from deep. Liverpool won't give you that time. Personally I think Xhaka is playing well just. Willock or Ceballos to leave for me.

I think what Emery's done has worked for most part of the game, you don't come out and play Liverpool at Anfield, you soak pressure and hit on the counter..

Liverpool's couldn't run much, Mane and Sallah aren't allowed to play their way, so you see they seem clueless and couldn't create cut clear chances, they resorted to cross and nod..
If only Auba and pepe had converted those chances..

Sadly not much has changed against a strong side. Is it fear? I really do not understand why so much space afforded liverpool on the flanks. Willock and Guen were playing almost like full backs, whats the job of ANM and Monreal? The only bright spark for me was pepe. Willock and Guen must also be commended for their energy in trying to close down but honestly and realistically i would prefer Laca and we should stop this play out the back and let Laca who is the best we have with his back to Goal try and ruffle up the liverpool central defenders so that auba and pepe can have something to feed off. Its almost to easy for liverpool. I relly dont expect much against the top sides home or away but i'd like to see more fight on the road. The space Alexandre arnold and James Robertson were afforded on the flanks is simply ridicoulous

I'm 100% with u on this. The misses are our only undoing. Taking off Xhaka now will just mess the game up. He's not been bad. It's only ceballos that seem a little bit out of place in the team

That is how Liverpool play bro, this is nothing new. If we dare the back 3 you would open up Salah and Mane on the wings and they chew us like suya. There is a space that opens up behind wing-backs and I tell you, Liverpool will kill us with their passing and press to exploit that space.

I do agree we need to get Auba involved and I think a 4-3-3 or an aggressive 4-4-2 with wingers on the edge of the midfield.
