Morale of the story :
* Invest in yourself/properties/business before investing in hairy hole bank.
* Money can buy companion but not love.
* Don't depend on one source of income... especially paid employment.

In Summary, keep making money, even if you don't spend much on women, the fact they know you are made will make them stay.

Seconded shocked shocked shocked

grin grin grin Martinez39 and Ubunja vindicted.

If only your brother had read my topics. Eyah! grin

Topic1: Boys Get In Here. Your Mumu Must Do
Topic2: These Goddamn Bitches. Boys Get In Here

Never invest so much in a woman. Never take the responsibility of her father. To a woman, you are just a utility. Once the utility(you) has served it's usefulness, you are no longer welcomed and loved. You are just a liability she loaths and wishes would go away. A woman cannot love a man. She loves what she gets from you. grin

I am sure during the happy days of the marriage, if you had presented ubunja's miseducations and Martinez39's wise tips to the man, he would strongly disagree with "my wife is different. Not all woman are like that.... yen yen yen yen yen yen yen" grin He would even call us broke and frustrated. As beta men are getting burnt and forced to face the red pill, the better for men. Let them burn. grin

no matter how u understand estimate it marriage between equal social call is the best,
my own little short story, my mom also quite her marriage exactly like dis, after my p man don sponsor her tru school, she got a job and started working na so she move out, thank God we still stood with my old man, till date, few weeks ago I got angry and asked my mom watin make her leave she said man father was treating her like a slave, and I asked but he sponsored u tru school and my mom said I quote he should tell me how much he spent and I will pay him back, my dear I weak, I only now understand she was actually looking for freedom,
I pray for her to have a long life and a prosperity career my brother but she messed up

2 lessons I learnt,
never marry a lady outside ur social class,
ur family first before u sponsor anybody,
if it's a female pls hustle to assist ur family, and not after getting married u will start diverting ur husband money to ur family members,

I wouldn't b surprise if the op wife don buy land already

Ladies are potentially richer than men. Stop helping them financially...

Never sponsor a lady with the hope of marrying her.. It is childish.. She will termed you a mumu because she never loved you in the first place...

Help your family members, help orphans, help the indigents.... Stop helping ladies unreasonably!!!

Is the only problem here losing his job, money?

- No stories of infidelity on her part?
- Had there been relative peace since the marriage?
- Can we then say that, apart from her love of money, she was a good wife?

Bro, how can your brother be in a contract job but fixed two of his in-laws in ‘well-paying’ Federal Government jobs with job security while he worked in a place without job security?
There are people like that, I know of someone that has connections to fix people up with government jobs, but he won’t fix himself up cause he prefers to be his own boss.

My elder bro learnt it the hard way too. Dude upgraded her without any concrete help for extended family but did for hers. Took her abroad with their househelp who is from her her place. Two have them connived to show my guy and his first daughter, which he had prior to marrying, pepper. First daughter got fed up and left home, and married to a white guy without letting him know. Now he has divorced, with the children in her custody. He is back to Nigeria depressed, with no family.

na wooo,,,no matter how ur family take day as a man,Never rubbish them in ur wife presence, and dats the mistake some guys do, oooooo dis my brother too day give me wahala, na fool he b, d moment u use those words in d presence of ur wife even if na u get money pass out of all ur siblings
if she hear those words she too go insult them within her mind ,one day she go insult them openly,

And am sure people must have warned ur brother before he traveled out of 9ja?
I noticed that ladies show their true color more after a long courtship than a short courtship, it is u to decide if u will still marry her or not but most times we ignore their sarcastic attitude, and within marriage the same attitude shows up again

Stop blaming the lady ..you cannot force love on anyone. The lady was very clear at first....you are a short man I can't marry you but the short man ...like every other short man doesn't give up. They are very aggressive whenever they fail in any adventure. Because he was adamant they lady just married him for pity sake....free the lady and find a way to train your kids...both of you were not meant to be....let alone now that your job has ended...women no get that patient ....when you have plenty , you never bothered to manage...after training her to have wide mouth, do you expect her to stop when you are broke....women sense no reach that level...they want you to spend and spend till you taya

I purposely registered a new name because of this story so that many people especially potential husbands can learn from this. I'll like to narrate the story in details so I want you to follow me.

It all started in 2011 when my brother got a contract job in Abuja. Then he met this lady when he went to our home town during a leave but she told him immediately that she can't date him because she's short but he kept persuading her as usual.

As time goes on she started crying that she is unable to pay her 300k school fees because her father is dead and her mum is not buoyant enough to continue the payment and she may withdraw as a result of this. So he offered to sponsor her education from 200level till she graduated and she agreed to date and later married her in 2014.

To make the long story short, he later got her and her two siblings well paid federal government job through his office and later got her a car. Less I forget that their marriage produced two children (a boy and a girl) in five years.

Unfortunately for him his contract job was terminated three months ago and he decided to give her 200k so that they can manage it for four months for food stuff and house keep but she told him that the money has been exhausted after two weeks. This caused a little quarrel and she decided to leave the house with both children and went to spend the week in a hotel.

This spark an annoyance of my family members and we decided to send two of our elderly brothers to her mum in our home town but the woman started sparking that she didn't wanted to marry him in the first place because he's short but she was the one that persuaded her to marry him.

They later had another quarrel last month and the lady took the children to her mum in the home town through a flat without informing the husband and any of our family member. So we decided not to call her and a court letter was issued to him for request of termination of the marriage.

Now the marriage is terminated and my brother is seriously depressed.

I really learnt a lot of lesson from this.
Perfect formulation .

Its not too late for your brother to make a comeback to fortune. He should examine reasons that led to his job loss. Clear out grey areas and get back to his feet. He can then go for his kids. The kind of women we have in this generation i no longer mind being a single dad.

For a woman that you are, I don't expect much reasoning from your gender on issues like this. He was persistent but what stops her from saying "no" and standing on it. It just pity the stupid guy.

I am a writer and I read books a lot and I love books. When I read a real non booked up story I know. It goes beyond grammar. This right here is a true story from a heavy heart .
Oh my this is deep, what can a single guy do? It's not like he can see the future or the real intent of his supposed wife to be,may God have mercy on all single guys reading this. The heart of man or woman as the case may be is truly wicked and deceptive cry
my dear we do see the intentions of women from the onset but we fatally ignore these signs.
i had my own experience,i ignored the signs but yet it happened.
what am saying is that guys should run when they see the early signs.

Really...so it is all the man's fault. Is she a goat that someone is forcing into marriage. She entered the marriage with her senses...to her it is all about the money. I don't know if you are guy or lady. But I hope you wouldn't be bitter if a made guy pretends to love you or someone close to you. Then treat you or that like sh!!t after the wedding...because you are just a transaction.

The truth is we all know when sm1 is with us (guy or gal) just for the money, status, fame or influence. Strip ourselves of those things and they will disappear. Leave us in the cold. This is not love, it is convenience.

When a relationship starts with convenience u have to covert convenience to love by introducing the elements of love and see if it survives b4 u go long term or even delve into marriage if not pls back out or u must keep the convenience going cos that’s what’s sustaining the relationship not love.

Such relationships are meant to be temporary at best. He hooked her by sponsoring her Through skol. Bad move unless U make it temporary or free minded. She married under obligation or even duress there was never love and he knew this quite well bt yet went ahead.

The handwriting are always on the wall the question is can u read it??
