It's as if they don't practice it in training. Even the long range freekicks are usually placed for Maguire, and because he stays at the extreme edge, the free kick taker usually overplays it to goalkick.

Yesterday's freekicks made me remember Cristiano Ronaldo, times when giving United a free kick was like giving the team a free ticket to goal.

One Sarri comes to mind. He ticks all the boxes for u guys. He definitely is no wannabe..

His football and tactical ideology is same with Pep's (As long as u keep possession of the ball, ur opponent can't win).

His style of play is referred to as the vertical tiki taka..
In Italy, his pattern is known as sarriball.

City players have the quality to be unpredictable, you don't know if it will be a high cross, low cross or no cross at all. We don't have that quality of players here, we can't demand that from them. We are just giving ourselves headache wishing our team plays like that. I think the coach is trying to play short quick passes until a player is put through on goal but the quality of the final passes is still a work in progress
