You need to understand that Cindy got a huge pity vote boost last week so that was a one time thing and might not represent true strength.

Mike and mercy aren't just strongest crustopians but a top 3 overall. So you can't blame them for dominating other members.

Am guessing most of the Cindy voters are frood fans since he got the biggest boost compared to last week.

If tacha didn't lose to Mike, I would have agreed she's still the strongest but seeing how she lost to Mike and mercy beat Mike easily. I have my doubts. There's also the fact that Tacha herself lost to mercy too
