She should tell her referees to check their spam and then report it as not spam and it will automatically appear as a normal mail then they can access it and complete the process.

You don't need another publication when prospectus for 2019/20 session have been made available and accessible. Non academic staff union is on strike now though, this might affect the whole registration process

Sure...but she must make sure to check for errors before submission because you can't reactivate portal after submission

Pls how can someone know whether his/her application is successfully submitted. Secondly I am seeing only one error which is that of proficiency test hope it won't affect submissions
