The need for reorientation is one thing I wave aside and I always think 'shouldn't people know these things? ' The force needs a mental overhaul. Their salaries, benefits and walfare packages needs overhaul, else they will continue these misconduct. For those that have had experience similar to this harassment, you'd hate the police. A armed robber could even treat you better than a cop.
