You're misinformed.
Over 90% of Yorubas were against Sowore from the beginning of the RevolutionNow thing. So why would they push for his release ? And despite your support for Kanu, where did he eventually land ?

His rights are not being abused, he abused his own rights.
You said that the SW standby and doing nothing, what would you have SW done? How many Yoruba elders, politicians, lawyers and human rights activists did he consult before tagging his organised protests REVOLUTIONNOW? May be they would have advised him to look for another name instead of revolution.
Lastly, Le let me tell you, Sowore is being dealt with by the Nigeria constitution and not Buhari.

Note: like the guy has rightly said, Sowore might be in for a very long time. But he misinformed the public when he attributed it to Buhari instead of Nigeria constitution. We don't have constitution for show now, at least not during this administration

As stated in the write-up, a revolution in Nigeria can only come from the Diaspora. People not held captive by the Nigerian situation. The people will have have to jettison tribalism and co...else no show.
