3.) If possible ask them for the weight of each item at least it will help you to know the estimated shipping fee we will charge you.

Next time your seller send an item to our office, ask the seller to give you the receipt of the shipping from their office to our office. You will see the weight written there. It will help you to check if the mistake is from us or your seller.

Also during pick up, always check the weight of the item in our office.

I prefer the issue to be handled at source hence why I told the seller to boldly write it on packages, but it has never been used..

For instance I have a package that arrived your China office earlier today, the seller gave me 6.6 while your office gave it about 7.7kg.
I have always included this complain in the shipping checkout note, but nothing has been done about

A copy of the receipt is attachedon the box of the item and the seller boldly wrote it with marker,
This has been happeningfor a long time. Hence why I asked why the difference.
It should not be a big deal checking weight of an item, and little differences may be tolerated.

you can use the live chat on their website, but all their charges are per kg. weight are pro-rate between 1kg and 0.5kg
meanwhile i was billed 1k/kg but i wouldn't know if yours would be less.
