A video was also published on Youtube by the said blog on which they deviated from the ethics of journalism by granting an interview to a misinformed individual who was neither the land owner or a close relative that was ably present as surety when the land transactions was made. A man who goes by the name Mr. Kenneth Ichu from Ire village was contacted to defend a man named Mr. Kaodilinye Chiedu Gibson over the land, see link

In refuting the above blackmail and attack on the prestigious Priest of God, it should be noted that our aim is to correct and inform the public on the truth about the matter and not to attack anyone or engage in Argumentum ad Hominem like the man contracted for the interview was consistently doing on the video.
The man made mentioned of knowing the bonafide owner of the property whose name was not mentioned in his video, of selling the land to UCC Company; UCC Company sold it to Minaj; Minaj sold it to Mr. Nicholas Ukachukwu; Nicholas Ukachukwu (Ikukuoma) sold it to Chiedu Kaodilinye. According to the man, it was 25 plots of land but at the end of the video highlighted that 7 Plots of land was fenced thereby showing that the Priest Persona was right that he owns the 7 plots, if not why didn’t the Priest grabbed all the 25 plots of land as purportedly accused. The man refused to mention that Fr. Ebube Muonso was not dragging any land with the said person. What the Priest was doing was to develop the 7 plots of land sold to him by Mr. Nicholas Ukachukwu (Ikukuoma) along Mike Ajegbo Road Obosi. See evidences of transactions ……………………………….
From the above acknowledgement of Receipt and Statement of Account showing evidences of transfers to Mr. Nicholas Ukachukwu (Ikukuoma). The 7 plots of land was sold to Fr. Ebube Muonso by the owner of the land Mr. Nicholas Ukachukwu (Ikukuoma).
From the evidences one could deduce transfer of 10 million X 3 plus additional 4 million making it a total sum of 34 million made on the 12th day of February, 2019 and also the receipt boldly written and acknowledged by Divine Rays British School Mike Ajegbo Obosi on the 13th of February, 2019.
The man also made mention of the Priest calling Thugs, Hooligans, Mafians and Hoodlums to attack Obosi indigenes over the land matter; it is on this note that we demand pictorial or video evidence where Fr. Ebube Muonso did all those things or was it a mare rant to tarnish the good image of the Priest in the media. It is one thing to allege but to prove the allegation is another thing. A priest undergoes 18 years strenuous training in the seminary before being ordained, one attributing a Priest of such a misdemeanor is just playing God and incurring the wrath of God, whose only crime is to focus on the salvation of souls through education. Those attacking him failed to understand that many Obosi indigents are under his Scholarship Scheme and Human Capital Development.
By the virtue of the video interview, I stand to refute the false allegations and fallacies by this Obosi man whose main aim is not to educate but to destroy the good image of the Priest. Having listened to the man for the umpteenth times, one could discern and analyze without an iota of fear nor favor that the man contracted to play the script on the video needs quick food on his table and does not mind incurring the wrath of God while doing that. He forgot to attack the main person who caused the catastrophe; to attack a reputable Priest of God.

In a bid to cover up your atrocities, you ran to the Archbishop of Onitsha pleading on him to talk to Fr. Ebube Muonso in-order to repay him back his 34 million naira for the land which was a shady deal and dubious too, if not why would you sell 25 plots of land to someone and at a point you took 7 plots of land out of it and sell to another person; it questions a lot about your existence as a human and as a politician. It also highlights your character as a person; as a dubious entity. If anyone should be blamed on this issue; it should be Mr. Nicholas Ukachukwu not the reputable Priest who is widely loved by the people of God.

It should be noteworthy that Mr. Nicholas Ukachukwu has been disturbing the people of God close to the priest to plead on him to accept a refund of his money on the shady deal; I tend to ask “Why dupe a man of God”? It is on this note that I call on Mr. Nicholas Ukachukwu (Ikukuoma) to tender a public apology to the indefatigable and reputable Priest of God and to the Catholic Church at large; he should also clean up the mess he started. He should also be aware of series of stories of people who fought God and Priests in the Bible and how they ended.

To the public, it is left for us to discern who is saying the truth here.

Emmanuel Obimma (Ebube Muonso) is a charitable being whose numerous impacts in the society, speak volume about his person, personality and priestly ministry. A lot of people today are living because of him. A lot of people are being trained in various higher institutions across the globe. A lot of people including Obosi indigents are under his scholarship scheme and human capital development. He has given free lands to people. He has built numerous houses for homeless people. Can't you discern and analyse that this was a paid and sponsored article to drag his image down in the media. But one thing is sure, Truth is universal no matter how hard it is twisted.
