You can start agro commodity arbitrage I.e agro commodity trading.

Go to places like Benue state, buy agric produce then transport them to portharcourt and sell at a reasonable profit.

All you have to do is go to the local markets, find what agro produce people buy the most, meet the sellers and ask them to tell you about the produce that you are looking to supply them, they will actually give you a lot of insight about the types of produce to buy, figure out which state to buy them from cheap and then go to that state and actually do a little research and then start trading.

For example I started with yam trading from Benue state. I found those that sold them, talked to them about the types of yams to buy, travelled to Benue bought the yams and then supplied it to them.

if you decide to go into this Business, try not to sell on credit. Get your customers down already before even going to buy, take their numbers and keep them updated on your journey so they feel assured that you're going to deliver.

It's a bit more technical than I made it seem but I guarantee you after you start, it will only get easier.

Everything else, in my opinion, will cause you to work too hard for too little gain. After all the businesses you can start with 500k today, you are lucky to see consistent 2-5k profit weekly. Reason am: 500k @12% = 60k. Just my own sha...
interest on treasury Bill's are not paid monthly,I think its quarterly

Buy all this cheap techno, intel, gionee btw 28-35k, resell with ur profit...u can get as much as 10fones to display for a start with 500bar... and more if u deal in smaller spec fones....You will still have something left for shop space.
I don’t know where u stay, but all locations have their high and low areas... go to low areas where u will see shop of 70-80k per year... or u do collabo with someone...that’s what people do now in those big fine shops in the big places they share office space, three to four business and split the cost so far business do not conflict..as time goes by other ideas go dey roll in, no worry, no let fear of uncertainty grip you.....

Nobody should mention treasury bill here,its not for the poor u only enjoy it when u invest 27m and above cuz they normally spread d interest I have a friend who used 27m,he gets monies in 100 with his capital still intact but I still fill it's for lazy people sha

I believe they pay the rate immediately your money is deducted if you buy the t bills directly through the primary market.

There are 90 days, 180days and 365 days

Rates are discounted, So whatever rate is given is divided by 12

And the rate is not fixed, it fluctuates with inflation.


What you describe is how interest is paid on a fixed deposit account.

Start up a blog with atleast 20k, designing the blog is another thing as everything will cost approximately 70-100k. Post consistently and make your blog lively and interesting. The more traffic you get, the more your money piles up. The least average blogger earns atleast $500 dollars per month.

If you are in a good location, go into FMCGs.
Start a small wholesale for water, soft drinks. As you progress, you add snacks. Very lucrative business.

In order to get a shop big enough to do both barbing and hairdressing, he needs 500k a year as rent. Agency fee and union fees not included and to add accessories and probably hair, he'll be needing close to 2M. Some weavons even cost close to his budget.

He should rather go for a mini standard barbers shop. All he needs do is to get the place running with the necessary equipments and a good barber who will be making weekly returns to him. In this case, he won't be paying salary, but will be getting paid weekly by the barber. PH people like efizy, give them taste and collect their money. I will even suggest he connects DSTV in the shop 'cause he'll be getting more customers on match days.

My advice for you is to open a Betking shop in ur area. Tidy up ur office, let it be up to standard. Be de manager of the office. Establish a good customer relationship. Pay ur winning fast and thank me later.
Or u can go in restaurant if u are a good cook. For ds our nija Food no get season

must everybody do ur biz? Are there no people travelling to d north to buy agric product and bring them down to south were u sell for good money,do u know how many cucumber u can buy in d north with 50k,the issue here is d mkt not d capital oga u can start biz with any amt,d bottom line is determination,I started my biz with 2 glass centre table and one dining in Benin 12 years ago.go to my shop now u go shock

food stuff (oja oko/ fresh farm produce), non - perishable though, e.g palm oil, garri, dried shrimps & prawns, ogbonno, etc.... Find a very good and catch spot and if you plan it well, you can never regret it.

Bros find a good location and start boutique business, location is very important, I started with just with 350k after rental and fitting and fixtures I have just 170k as a working capital but believe me with that token I do make atleast 3k and 5k daily, although it is God's grace. On 24th of this month of this month made it 1 month I started and my monthly profit is above 50k from 170k working capital. May God help us....
