I got my PCC on Monday and it clearly states “Canada” on it. Now if the assessor isn’t dyslexic, he should be able to spot the different between Canada and China. My advice: Do another PCC enoeshett: 5 Likes 1 Share |

dumije01:My guy I believe your NYSC posting letter is the missing link here my brother. If it will cost you going to your local government of deployment or getting it from your PPA, it is important you get that. If you can get the original posting letter to the school scanned and write an heartfelt LOE stating to them all the things you have stated to us on here and also if possible add documents that you have previously submitted like statement of account during your NYSC and an updated reference letter you should get PPR in no time. From the much I have gathered here what I know is that the VOs like to be convinced beyond reasonable doubt and won't delay your approval further as soon as they are convinced. 6 Likes 3 Shares |

cc: enoeshett Not completely accurate, there are additional factors to consider (see attached screenshot). He/She can use it if: 1. it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row 2. it is not for the country where you currently live For example, for my application - I used expired Nigeria PCC because it met the two conditions above and my eligibility and criminality have been passed. Long post alert! I am sorry I will sound either like a Didimus or as a broken chord to some.. CC: @Cochtrane @,justwise, @Topsmamen, @Ladymarshall, @iaatmguy @Stencil and concerned citizens. Is there a way we can have PPR gists getting dropped here verified by our scorers first before awarding marks? If only to prove the individual in question is real. I mean, I could easily create another moniker (right?), wait like 2-3months, observe this thread as a guest and then come up later with a PPR story while claiming I was a silent reader all through! Certainly, people will not question me and my so-termed gist will still end up with multiple likes and well-wishing comments depending on my craftiness. This is Nairaland! As a result of its facelessness, there is no denying the fact that most of NL's threads here are saturated with people living fake lives on it: thus, can not rule out the possibility of people coming up with fake testimonies in this thread as well, blending perfectly in the shades of the genuine ones. Believe it, I have seen enough things (not adding up at times) to make me arrive at this conclusion and come up with the suggestion above and the one below subsequently. I just read the last-in PPR gist earlier and it was quite obvious the recipient is well known to some of the in-house gurus and even interacted with them at one time or the other. That was clearly an example of a true PPR story! However, these stories in totality are not always what they seem they are!! I will further suggest that for PPR gists having new claim(s) in them, we should encourage that an evidence (screenshot or something else to back it up) be attached to such gists. Like recently, there was post that mentioned the successful use of 100% pension fund as POF (well if I interpreted that correctly that is). That in itself is a potential page 1 of Part 9's material as I have always known that 25% of this is only what is accessible and usable in this regard. In the absence of an evidence though, I bet most of us will be yet scared of risking 100% pension use; to avoid learning the hard way which will possibly be the rejection way! To the worrisome trend here now i.e the way newbies and/or "some agents" are eagerly dishing out infos that are either partially incorrect or absolutely false to others who are bent on cutting corners like the typical Nigerians we are. Our rapid-response answers-seeking squad, readily and more apparently, ignore the advice to read and digest page 1 in order to stay equipped for this journey. While some will even deliberately insult you just because you called them out to this page or other relevant threads, others are more fond of creating more monikers now just to ask those same questions over and over again. In their quest to derail this thread, they often go ahead to answer that question with their other moniker (I know I once stated this in an old post.. just can't but help repeating same) once the gurus or the renowned knowledgeables ignore such questions. I remember someone came in recently with a handle and in a ridiculous fashion, became a specialized prophet of CRS cut-offs for subsequent draws. He would go at will for the heads of those who challenged or dare to put him on track back then! To be quite frank, it is not a child's play being a true newbie in this thread, judging from my own experience that is, while reckoning the same to be true for others who were once newbies here as well. However, few more days of consistent and diligent study of all the previous threads, while putting this current part/thread on hold, was the joker (for me) and thanks to the advice given me by the one who introduced this thread. I will ever keep recommending same to those intending to honestly embark on this journey. I read a post by @majamisile pages back and was amazed to see someone who is now post-AOR bringing himself up to speed, with over 50pages in deficit while at it. I have equally seen people with PPR/COPR in the bag and also the landed ones still coming in to say how difficult it is catching up with these threads. One will wonder why they are yearning to catch up. It is simply to stay updated with current and relevant ideas. These are just a few of the numerous proofs that one only gains more knowledge (answers) by reading previously provided established solutions that abound in this thread and the previous ones as being recommended. Providing temporary answers and in incessant manners too is just nothing but handing an hungry soul a piece of fish; that lasts only but a while instead of teaching same how to fish in a fish-full pond! Yes, do not be surprised when someone asks just few posts below or subsequent pages what EE/FSW means (Lol) while if you decide to advise properly, someone will argue it is a valid question even when the answer is right up there as the topic of this thread! I pray grace and speed to all of us in this thread with genuine intentions and blessings to all those toiling day and night to ensure our dreams translates into realities. You guys are our own exotic species and you will always have our love and support. 8 Likes 1 Share |

ShoeShineGuy:stop being paraniod mr. I know people who used 25% of their pensions as 100% pof. That's what he said. The guy is not a new person on nairaland and works/worked in a big firm that pays mega bucks. If i work in shell 25% of my pensions can be 5m which can cover family of 3. The ppr stories are not in anyway fake because 9ja agents them selves dont know the process well enough to write those stories. I have chatted with agents from instablog or elsewhere and can tell they are clueless. Stop being paranoid. We havent gotten any report of any pr holder here asking for money or duping someone. Yes agents are here to learn and dupe people elsewhere. But if u havent gone thru the process your self you will be found out. 23 Likes 1 Share |
