Well, there are two Academy in Ibadan (as far as I know). If it is the one along express road, the one on Olimi axis, climb the overhead bridge and board a bus going to beere. When you get to beere, ask any one where you can get UI bus. The bus will drop you right in front of the school.

if however you are at Academy market, Iwo-road, join the cab going to bus-stop gate. When you get to gate ask of where you can get a cab to UI.

PLEASE FOR THOSE EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTY IN UPLOADING THEIR PASSPORTS, YOU MIGHT WANT TO USE MOZILLA FIREFOX BROWSER TO UPLOAD IT. I JUST DID THAT NOW AFTER MAKING SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OVER A WEEK NOW.

Thesis proposal is a plan or mini-thesis that spell out a modality that your thesis will take....

Good day sir. What program are you applying for? Except u are putting in for PhD. I doubt u need a proposal. But if u want to upload regardless. A proposal i think is usually a personal letter to the school you are applying for telling them why they should choose you above other prospective students applying for admission. Pertaining to the religion issue... Am sorry I have no idea on how to rectify.
