Did you change your region to another country at any time? Looks like a nighty rom, hold on for others to get similar update notification first, don't delete it.

69k is a good deal TBH. considering the features. The PPI(pixel per inch) is determined by the screen size. Each resolution have a range for PPI, so the smaller the screen size the higher the PPI in that resolution range. The A20 is 6.4" while the Mi A3 is 6.01", but they are both 720p.
Below is a PPI calculator.

That Xiaomi's Nigerian pricing is as aggressive as they come.

What app do you use to control your gotv and TVs please?? I've been searching, I no see.

Look for Sure in playstore,, install it. You can then search for your TV model in SURE installed App via add device... For Gotv.. Search for Remote for Dstv... After installing open it.. It has 3 multuchioce remote... Select the remote below.. Note.. You have to tap any button on the remote twice to work for gotv decoder.. That's how I've been using it

Multichoice Set Top B on Sure works for GoTV.

I didn't wish to dignify you with a response because if we're being honest with ourselves, you don't deserve one.

But for the sake of those that will read this nonsense you wrote up there and be misled, I have to.

What if I tell you the same people running the official Facebook and Twitter pages are the same people running this WhatsApp group?

The group is currently run by the Content Specialist and Community Manager at Xiaomi Nigeria, do you think we'd create a WhatsApp group without purpose?

I remember when Xiaomi just launched in Nigeria, y'all on this thread complained that they got influencers from Twitter who knew nothing about the brand to promote them while neglecting y'all.

I got a chance, I was employed as an online brand ambassador for the firm, first thing I did was to introduce this thread to them and let them know of the good works y'all have been doing here.

With the approval of Xiaomi Nigeria, we've decided to create a MI community just for our Nairaland fans and you're here judging us from afar.

Do you know how many hangouts y'all have missed out on? How many giveaways? How many interactive sessions, lectures, games fiesta y'all have missed even though many of y'all here have been using Xiaomi devices for more than five years?

We organised a MeetUp some time ago for our MI Community in Nigeria, guess those who attended? People who just started using Xiaomi devices less than six months ago.

Don't y'all deserve to enjoy all these being our pioneer customers and fans in Nigeria?

Before you judge or spill all the negativity in you just like Nairalanders are know for, can you at least join the group first and know what it is about, don't condemn what you know nothing about.

I'm glad I have people like Genius43, Olayinkajnr, atheistandproud, Neomatrix1027 and a host of others there.

You can ask them to tell you if the group looks legit or not.

Now that Xiaomi Nigeria has decided to unite our Nairaland family, you either seize the opportunity or lose it.

But nobody should come here after today to lament that Xiaomi doesn't care about y'all when you start seeing pictures from sponsored events and hangouts that you weren't invited to or informed about.

For those in the group already, we're waiting to hit 100 members then we start, we'd share pictures from our last MeetUp we organised for the MI Community in Lagos.

For those who want to join, here's the link: https:// chat. whatsapp .com/Hb07mpo3iydFD22UK0cGrl

Remove the spaces.

Thank you all, and do have a pleasant Sunday.

Add me biko.

Lukadiswan..

If Samsung brings it's wrath upon you ehn... just calm down and seek solutions. Is it global version or global rom? Does it have any pending update? Did you install any app before it started that. Have you tried a factory reset?
I'm not techie but I know there's a lot to try before throwing in the towel.

Go to downloads and check the file size to be sure it's fully downloaded (if those files are from OTA).

Also try this, delete all unfinished updates in your downloads app, clear everything in that downloaded_rom folder, clear the updater app cache, set it to the appropriate region and try to redownload the update.

Wait for the gurus to respond. Meanwhile, installing that update may solve the problem... obviously.
With global rom you may need to flash one of their magic magic stuff. Me I dunno. Go and poke fib, acekid, gptech, genius etc till they answer you.

Maybe head to the Xiaomi tweaking thread
