I'm also applying against next year. You don't need the IELTS exam.

March resumption is closed already for some schools, while others haven't started yet.

IELTS or another recommended English proficiency test is very important and compulsory for most schools in Korea. You should view the requirements of any University you want to apply and check if English proficiency test is compulsory and the type of test that they do accept.
You should also contact the department you want to apply and check if the program is in Korean or English language.

Really don't know whether to apply for gwangju scholarship or kgsp next year because Gwangju seems easier but the kgsp pays more and gives you a year to learn Korean all Gwangju courses are in English so I don't think you'll be provided with a way to learn Korean in Gwangju
Im in a big dilemma here

This information is not true. All courses can never be in English. Infact, they have very few departments that uses English and it's not even 100% English

Thanks for your information.

Fortunately for me then, the schools I checked out have Nigeria as one of the countries that don't need to tender any English exam. All that is needed is a certificate of English proficiency from your Alma-mata

That will depend on what you want to go study, Sir, and if the school's admission application process is still on or not.

What I did was browse the webometric ranking of South Korean universities, then from there, I google the names of the university (ies) listed.

KAIST... AJOU... GWANJU... CHONNAN, e.t.c. As for schools like SNU, their application for next year March is already closed.

Please, "dont get it twisted". They all require English proficiency, what I meant was that, in place of the EXAMS, I.e TOEFL, IELTS n co, they also accept a certificate of English proficiency from your alma mata stating they you were taught in English language and have sufficient knowledge of the language.

Hope this helps

I was given a tourist visa last month but I will be traveling on the 10th of next month. My purpose of travel is for hustling and my intention is to seek asylum to stay in their refugee camp. But someone just told me that there is no refugee camp in south Korea. He said is either you rent an apartment or you stay with someone.

I know there are Nigerians over, pls is there refugee camp in south Korea for who don't have accommodation.
