They will tell you they suspected fraudulent activities on your account so you're not qualified. That's what they did to me and I demanded proof or at least which trips they suspected, they couldn't come up with anything. I stopped using their app ever since then, it's gonna remain like that till they come up with a different kind of bonus package. Besides, I'm doing better than when I used to combine 2 apps

Just click on the last trip you did then, click help (a question mark at the top right corner of the screen) and go to trip issues and adjustments

so I picked this non Nigerian from the Island, because of his name I initiated a conversation till we got to his destination on the mainland.
