Has anyone used or considered using Egypt Air?

I see everyone concentrating on just Turkish Air or is there a reason for this?

Someone mentioned that Egypt Air doesn't allow one-way ticket (I stand to be corrected).

They don't allow one way, when booking , you are required to book return too.
The Customer care lady said that's an issue most of the students travelling this winter are facing as they don't allow them to move at d airport.

Congrats Chief on your Interview, you went through a lot with the back and forth cancellations.
To answer your question- UBA transfer rate is higher than Access, and someone mentioned on this forum that UBA doesn’t allow you transfer all your money, you need a minimum balance of 80 to 100 euro. But it might just be his account officer trying to secure deposit. It’s up to you.
HighPriest0:

Guys I have 2 questions

why is everyone seem to be going for access bank for funding.. What's so special about them.

Has anyone used UBA before? I opened a Dom account with them earlier this year and I have been in touch with the guy that opened the account for me That day. From what he has told me, it seems i can give them a try.
What do you think?

I'm actually considering this, but there's only been few good reviews on their service and all; hence, folks are not (very) confident about them like others.

So far, I think they offer the cheapest rate...
Re: General German Student Visa Enquiries Part 7 by vivianobas: 3:06pm On Aug 29, 2019
To think that their representative gave me rate for a one way ticket is deceptive when he knew they don't fly passengers with a one way ticket. Thank you guys for this information. I jump am pass in Jesus name!

Haa, tooh! Thats a big issue. But how manage, some folks in previous session(s) of this thread, I think, mentioned flying with them.

Hey, your starting point is getting a supervisor (in your preferred institution/programme), and this requires a rigorous searching. You'll need a good proposal to do that - what I did was to first secure an MA admission (to ascertain I go port any which way en go be), and in-between, I was writing different professors for supervision, many rejections but I got one acceptance, she requested a proposal and viola, she's ready to supervise and help with other processes...the rest is story.

With a supervisor and a supervision agreement/confirmation, the rest of the track is easy. Then you'd have to start applying for scholarships/grants/funding too.

Good luck!

I don't know about previous session but the lady told me she won't like to lie to me, that I have to book return ticket for d airport to allow me fly.

I used them in 2015 to Rome and their services was not so bad. I even spent 2 nights in Cairo then but the one way ticket thing is a different ball game.

The instructions are clearly written there', if you meet the requirements of Category A then book under Category A, if not book under Category B.
Please don't fund your blocked account until you get a date.
As for getting a date, if you've been following this thread, you'll know that a lot of people are still waiting for dates because the embassy says they are fully booked. But getting a date depends on your start date and enrollment deadline
