After the truth or dare when she entertained Frodd using liquid courage, she was later on physically all over Nelson. She's done the same to Frodd once without alcoholic influence so both males are 1:1.

She's never kissed Nelson and always turned him down everytime he asked for a kiss.

This is true. I think it wasn't deep at first but she fell eventually. She's only human. Frodd has shown himself as a competent replacement hence her building positive emotions towards him.
