Let's condemn what is bad pls.

If Buhari had declared a citizen arrest on Jonathan, I know we wouldn't have found it funny.

We need to enthrone reason over pettiness sometimes.

And who told him not to arrest Jonathan, Next level bullshit, if it were a PDP governor you will not want reasoning to be crown king. sowere is in custody , you have not asked them to enthrone reasoning

Arresting okorocha will bring normalcy to Imo State.

Okorocha is creating a lot of nuisance in Imo state and needs to be check mated.

He is turning Imo boys to thugs..

Isiguzoro should respect himself and face his business.

When Okorocha publicly ordered his paid thugs to cause trouble and make Imo ungovernable they didn't call him to order... Ihedioha should deal with Mr. Iberiberism ruthlessly for trying to run a parallel government in Imo state

Did GEJ's supporters physically attack any agent of the federal government even when the fed govt when about arresting all GEJ's aids. Patience Jonathan has forfeited several millions of Naira to the government. Who did their supporters attack. Sometimes, we should put away sentiments and judge issues objectively

which one is "recovery team" sef, why don't ihedioha leave the matter for the state anti-graft agency to handle instead of setting up a crude recovery team, same crudeness we are all accusing the buhari led federal govt of.

Ohanaeze reacts to Okorocha's Arrest, Reveals what will happen to Imo State If...

Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide, OYC, has reacted to Senator Rochas Okorocha’s citizens arrest by the Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha.

ABACITYBLOG reported that the Secretary to State Government (SSG), Mr Uche Onyeaguocha, gave the order after the Chairman of the Recovery of Government Properties, Mr Jasper Ndubuaku, was allegedly assaulted at Okorocha’s residence.

Onyeaguocha, also, said that the state had also placed Okorocha on security watch and urged Imo citizens to arrest him and alert the government whenever they found him in the state.

However, reacting to the news, OYC said, order to arrest Okorocha by the Imo citizens is an invitation to anarchy and may plunged the state into chaos which the federal government may have no other option than to declared a state of emergency in Imo.

The statement signed by Mazi Okechukwu Isiguzoro, further revealed that the order is an invitation to Anarchy capable of truncating the Democratic Government of Governor Ihedioha if not reversed immediately.

“We envisage that such a “Citizen’s Arrest” Order is time bad as the Governor is planning to celebrate his first 100 days in office irrespective that we condemned the assault of the Imo Chairman on Asset Recovery Committee, Hon Jasper Ndubuka by thugs allegedly working for Senator Okorocha, but We call on immediate intervention of the South East Governors and Igbo leaders as We ask Imo State Religious leaders, Traditional Rulers, State House of Assembly to Join Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide to interface with Governor Ihedioha and Senator Rochas Anayo Okorocha, and Urge Imolites especially the Youths to suspend any action impending on the outcome of the peace parley with the duo.

“Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide beg Senator Rochas Anayo Okorocha to stay away from the state at the moment until the dust settles down, we believe that Governor Ihedioha will see the wisdom and rescind on the decision to arrest Okorocha, and Urge him to suspend the activities of Jasper Ndubuka committee on recovery Govt assets until the situation is under control, We will not allow any South East State to be under control of a sole administrator Under State of Emergency, Ohanaeze declared.

don't mind them shallow minded folks.......this is a repeat of kwankwaso/gaduje feud......the seating gov should understand that okorocha can help him truncate his administration b y insisting on coming home....he has his foot solders and the "citizens police" will clash with okorochas thugs......then bubu declares a state of immergency.

Assets Recovery team was formed by Okorocha during his first tenure which he used to harass the previous administration before his in the name of recovering stolen state property... I wonder why he's against the same agency which he created

Court order, are this dumb or you just developed it, no court can give such warrant, by the way you can't send an ordinary assert recovery man with no police to serve court order, when EFCC came to Ambode's house the youth didn't allow them to search even with a search warrant!

It fact is the governor is already over-stepping his bounds, he knows the senator enjoy immunity why the charade!

The fact is that there are 66 govt vehicles parked inside Rochas compound as we speak. Replacing them will cost the new govt billions and it won't be economical to do that since the state has a lot of debt incurred by Rochas govt. So recovery becomes the best option for now. Almost all the new govt appointees are moving on their personal cars. Even the new governor comes from his personal bungalow residence because the governor's lodge was stripped bare.
Most Igbos that I know does not associate with Ohaneze Ndigbo

The embarrassment their president received of recent is a testimony to that fact

Ihedioha need not seek anybody's approval to recover what's rightly for the state!!!

Where were these Ohaneze Ndigbo when he was owing pensioners, workers and moulding statues

How many state of emergencies has Buhari declared in the North where the killings are rampant

Using thugs to harass a government official should not be tolerated

Ihedioha needs to stand firm and grab the bull by the horn!

Don't allow politician be using ur head. U are a youth for goodness sake, think in that line.

So if Rochas stole 66 government vehicles, u recover them by using thugs.
If he has enough evidence, Emeka is a sitting governor, why not use court order to impound those vehicles pending court decision.
Why risking life of those thugs. What Emeka is doing is trespass and the owner of the property the thugs are trespassing can use any means to protect himself and his property.

I was expecting emeka to gather enough evidence to nail Rochas, then forward such to the EFCC or ICPC, then face other things in the state while the law will take care of Rochas mess.

Now Emeka case is like a man bathing in his bathroom, a mad man came and took his clothe and ran. He jump out from the bathroom and chase the mad man naked. Both of them are now mad men.

Can u sit down to picture what would have happened in Nigeria if Jonathan did not agree to handover power? Do u think dey dnt hv proof of bad dealings about jonathan but because it wuld be a national disaster if dey arrest him. Do u think Obasanjo does not have skeleton in his wardrobe, but because in dis part of d world, u dnt just decide to do tins as e dey hot, u calculate and tread with caution. Why do u think Nigerians have not revolt? The simple truth is we always have a rethink cos we are really frustrated bt we still dey endure. If Buhari order ANY SECURITY APPARATUS to go after Jonathan, omo dere will be trouble cos i can guarantee u dose guys in d niger delta region wont sit bck and watch dem go.
