Which one is Ohanaze youth wing? Who recognizes them? they are bunches of fools that has no right to make any statement as regards igbos in general. We stand on Ihedioha statement, Mr Iberiberism must be arrested whenever he steps his rotten one legged foot on Imo soil. After Amaechi chased away Peter Odili from River state through out his 8 yrs in office heaven did not fall. Same faith awaits Mr Iberiberism.

Ihedioha himself is an authority!!!

The recovery team went there on behalf of the Imo State Government

They are representing the Imo State Government!!!

Beating them is beating the Imo State Government or why do you think most Nigerians don't beat up the police undecided

Do you think it's because they are stronger or because of their uniforms No, it's out of respect to those they represent!!!

Okorocha made a grave mistake by unleashing his thugs

It's left for Ihedioha to deal with him as he sees fit!!!

This Ihedioha is not serious about governance, he's being too petty. Recovery of used furniture. Rubbish. The people clapping for him now will change the tune for him sooner or later.

The fact is that there are 66 govt vehicles parked inside Rochas compound as we speak. Replacing them will cost the new govt billions and it won't be economical to do that since the state has a lot of debt incurred by Rochas govt. So recovery becomes the best option for now. Almost all the new govt appointees are moving on their personal cars. Even the new governor comes from his personal bungalow residence because the governor's lodge was stripped bare.

You guys should better look beyond used cars/used furniture and get serious. Petty leadership style. Ihedioha is disgracing and reducing himself by the day.

My brother, there are much more than this sef. The only vehicle that has escalator used in lifting a person up to change street light is there too. Till now, if any street light dies, it can't be changed because he took it away with him. Some nddc speed boats donated by nddc for the riverine parts of oguta is still with him.
A court order would be a more effective way of recovering State assets with Rochas.

So u are telling me if a policeman comes into my home to search for incriminating documents or smtin, i shuld just allow dem without asking for their search warrant because they are representing the authority. My dear in as much as Ihediora is authority in Imo state, he still has to follow due process. If he continues like dis, tins will get worse, dats d bitter truth. This is what Okorocha wants and Ihediora is dancing to his tune, its bad. In as much as Ihediora has the right to send "law enforcement officers" to okorochas residence, Okorocha as a citizen of this country has the right to demand for search warrant b4 allowing dem do whatever they came for. Did u hear of the case where efcc went to Ambode's residence in Epe, the lawyers made them present search warrant and made sure they monitored them in case they plant anytin incriminating in his house. So whether they want to search or carry govt properties which we are even yet to see the pictures, he shuld follow due process not use thugs.

Ohanaeze reacts to Okorocha's Arrest, Reveals what will happen to Imo State If...

Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide, OYC, has reacted to Senator Rochas Okorocha’s citizens arrest by the Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha.

ABACITYBLOG reported that the Secretary to State Government (SSG), Mr Uche Onyeaguocha, gave the order after the Chairman of the Recovery of Government Properties, Mr Jasper Ndubuaku, was allegedly assaulted at Okorocha’s residence.

Onyeaguocha, also, said that the state had also placed Okorocha on security watch and urged Imo citizens to arrest him and alert the government whenever they found him in the state.

However, reacting to the news, OYC said, order to arrest Okorocha by the Imo citizens is an invitation to anarchy and may plunged the state into chaos which the federal government may have no other option than to declared a state of emergency in Imo.

The statement signed by Mazi Okechukwu Isiguzoro, further revealed that the order is an invitation to Anarchy capable of truncating the Democratic Government of Governor Ihedioha if not reversed immediately.

“We envisage that such a “Citizen’s Arrest” Order is time bad as the Governor is planning to celebrate his first 100 days in office irrespective that we condemned the assault of the Imo Chairman on Asset Recovery Committee, Hon Jasper Ndubuka by thugs allegedly working for Senator Okorocha, but We call on immediate intervention of the South East Governors and Igbo leaders as We ask Imo State Religious leaders, Traditional Rulers, State House of Assembly to Join Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide to interface with Governor Ihedioha and Senator Rochas Anayo Okorocha, and Urge Imolites especially the Youths to suspend any action impending on the outcome of the peace parley with the duo.

“Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide beg Senator Rochas Anayo Okorocha to stay away from the state at the moment until the dust settles down, we believe that Governor Ihedioha will see the wisdom and rescind on the decision to arrest Okorocha, and Urge him to suspend the activities of Jasper Ndubuka committee on recovery Govt assets until the situation is under control, We will not allow any South East State to be under control of a sole administrator Under State of Emergency, Ohanaeze declared.

Threatening anarchy in a matter of legal importance to the whole state population.
Why can’t any suspect be arrested especially when he can defend himself in a court of law?

Patience Jonathan has forfeited several millions of Naira to the government. Who did their supporters attack. Sometimes, we should put away sentiments and judge issues objectively
He(Gov) ordered citizen arrest, it means everyone in imo state should try arrest him when sighted, na serious anarchy for someone who is a former governor, sitting senator and philanthropist, either good or bad, he has his crew of tuale baba, so telling citizens to arrest na creating recipe for disaster
