Lmao, one stupid oyinbo will just sit down somewhere and compile rubbish and some dumb Nigerians will believe. So pretoria in South Africa where people get robbed in broad day light or soweto is safer than lagos? Why the obsession with Nigeria though? Always wanting to attach everything negative to Nigeria because they know most nigerians have no self worth and hate the country so they'd believe. 325 Likes 31 Shares

Chicago and New York with all their killings are not the most dangerous. Mumbai and Beijing with all their air pollution are not. Mexico city and Brasilia with drug lords and gangster killings are not. Jo'burg with all the rape cases is not. All these reports are laughable atimes. 170 Likes 15 Shares |

I dont take all this unverified report and projection seriously. What about Pretoria or Jo'burg? There are more killings and cases of missing persons in America more than in Nigeria. Under Trump alone, the number of people affected by Gun violence is more than those killed by Boko Haram under Buhari The 39,773 total gun deaths in 2017 were the most since at least 1968, the earliest year for which the CDC has online data. How many people died since 2015 as a result of Boko Haram? The above is just 2017 alone. add 2018 and 2019 and see that over 50,000 Americans have died under Trump as a result of Gun violence America has lost more citizens than Nigeria, but no one will publicize this as much as they would for African Countries 34 Likes 3 Shares |

This is supposed to be a challenge to the political leaders of Lagos. They need to have a long term plan to reorganize Lagos starting from road transportation infrastructure such that in the next 10 years Lagos can compete with Tokyo not only in terms of population but other important indices. I'm pretty sure most of us aren't surprised. There's a lot to be done by the state and federal governments to ensure Lagos is at par with other world class cities. Transportation and Environmental degradation are the biggest challenges being faced in Lagos. If this can be tackled, then maybe, just maybe Lagos can get there in the next 10 years... But if it's still this Agbero-NURTW-RTEAN transport, the rest na story ooo. 1 Like 1 Share |
